Description
SABIC(登録商標)LLDPE PCG6118NEを使用した。このグレードは、二軸スクリュー押出機内において、918kg/m3の密度および0.9g/10分のメルトフローレート(ISO1133、2.16kg/190℃)を有するLLDPE粉末をステアリン酸Zn(ZnSt;LLDPE組成物中の最終濃度500ppm)および酸化防止剤(LLDPE組成物中の最終濃度1000ppm)と混合することによって調製した。この実施例を繰り返したが、ZnStの代わりに、ZnO(LLDPE組成物中の最終濃度350ppm)を使用した。
2920cm-1、1475cm-1、1465cm-1、1380cm-1、1170cm-1、735cm-1よび720cm-1での極大値。得られたスペクトルは、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンの基準と同一であった。
サンプル1(350ppmの酸化亜鉛を含有する「SABIC」LLDPE PCG6118NE)およびサンプル2(0.75g/10分のメルトフローレートおよび925kg/m3の密度を有する「SABIC」LDPE PCG01)から、120mmのダイおよび1.5mmのダイ間隙を有する35mmの直径の押出機を備えたKuehneインフレーションフイルムラインを使用して、3のブローアップ比(BUR)で異なる厚さ(50および100μm)のフイルムを調製した。この装置は25kg/hで運転した。バレル温度プロファイルは、供給部分での40℃からダイでの200℃まで昇温させた。
350ppmの酸化亜鉛を含有する「SABIC」LLDPE PCG6118NEの顆粒を、添加剤を含有しない「SABIC」LDPE2100TN00の顆粒と70/30または30/70の質量比で混合し、Kuehneインフレーションフイルムラインの押出機に供給した。この押出機は、剪断部分と混合部分を備えた、L=24Dの35mmバリアスクリューを有していた。このインフレーションフイルムラインは、120mmのダイ、2.7mmのダイ間隙を有した。2のブローアップ比で、50μmのフイルムを調製した。
ここに提示されたような結果は、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンおよび無機酸掃去剤を含む組成物が、良好な機械的性質を有し、ヨーロッパ薬局方試験に合格するので、ヘルスケア用途に使用するのに適していることを示している。
Claims (9)
- 直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンおよび酸化亜鉛を含む組成物であって酸化亜鉛が全組成物に基づいて100から1500ppmの量で存在する組成物の、ヘルスケア用途の用具の製造における使用。
- 前記酸化亜鉛が全組成物に基づいて600から1500ppmの量で存在する、請求項1記載の使用。
- 前記直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンが、ASTM D1505−10を使用して測定して、915kg/m3と930kg/m3の間の範囲の密度を有する、請求項1または2記載の使用。
- 前記直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンが、ISO1133(2.16kg/190℃)を使用して測定して、0.33g/10分と30g/10分の間の範囲のメルトフローレートを有する、請求項1から3いずれか1項記載の使用。

- 直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンおよび酸化亜鉛を含む組成物であって酸化亜鉛が全組成物に基づいて100から1500ppmの量で存在する組成物から形成された、調剤パウチ、輸液バッグまたは輸液ボトル、あるいは医療用具。
- ヘルスケア用途に使用するための、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンおよび酸化亜鉛を含む組成物であって、酸化亜鉛が全組成物に基づいて100から1500ppmの量で存在する組成物。
