Description
駆動用モータ(例えば、後述の実施形態におけるモータ10B)、及び発電用ジェネレータ(例えば、後述の実施形態におけるジェネレータ10A)の2つの回転電機を備える回転電機ユニット(例えば、後述の実施形態における回転電機ユニット10)であって、
前記各回転電機は、
軸方向に貫通する複数のスロット(例えば、後述の実施形態におけるスロット14A,14B)が周方向に等間隔で配置されたステータコア(例えば、後述の実施形態におけるステータコア13A及びステータコア13B)と、
前記複数のスロット内にそれぞれ分布巻きで配置される複数相のステータコイル(例えば、後述の実施形態におけるステータコイル15A,15B)と、
を備えるステータ(例えば、後述の実施形態におけるステータ12A,及びステータ12B)を有し、
前記各相のステータコイルは、所定数の前記スロットの外周側に収容される外周側巻線部(例えば、後述の実施形態における外周側巻線部51)及び所定数の前記スロットの内周側に収容される内周側巻線部(例えば、後述の実施形態における内周側巻線部52)を有し、
前記外周側巻線部と前記内周側巻線部とは、前記スロットを共有しつつ、軸方向一方側(例えば、後述の実施形態におけるステータコア13A、13Bの他方の面13d側)から見て、前記外周側巻線部に対して、前記内周側巻線部が少なくとも1スロット所定の方向(例えば、後述の実施形態における時計方向)にずれて配置され、
前記駆動用モータと前記発電用ジェネレータとは、スロット内でのコイル配置を含めた前記ステータの軸方向断面が等しく、
前記駆動用モータは、前記ステータコイルのずれ方向とトルク方向とが逆方向であり、
前記発電用ジェネレータは、前記ステータコイルのずれ方向とトルク方向とが同方向であることを特徴とする。
前記駆動用モータの前記ステータと、前記発電用ジェネレータの前記ステータとは、同一の回転軸線上に互いに対向して配置されることを特徴とする。
前記ステータコイルは、コイルセグメント(例えば、後述の実施形態におけるコイルセグメント20)によって構成され、
前記駆動用モータ及び前記発電用ジェネレータの前記ステータコイルに電力を供給する配電部材(例えば、後述の実施形態における配電部材24A,24B)は、軸方向において、前記駆動用モータと前記発電用ジェネレータとの間に配置されることを特徴とする。
ただし、ステータ12A、ステータ12Bの軸方向長さは同じであってもよく、この場合、ステータ12A、12Bは、同一のステータとして構成される。
また、ステータコイルは、コイルセグメントで形成されるとして説明したが、これに限定されず、同等の巻き方が可能であれば任意のコイルが採用可能である。
さらに、本実施形態では、各配電部材が、軸方向において、駆動用モータと発電用ジェネレータとの間に配置されているが、本発明はこれに限定されず、例えば、各配電部材が、軸方向において、それぞれのステータコアに対して同じ側に配置されてもよい。

Claims (3)
- 駆動用モータ、及び発電用ジェネレータの2つの回転電機を備える回転電機ユニットであって、
前記各回転電機は、
軸方向に貫通する複数のスロットが周方向に等間隔で配置されたステータコアと、
前記複数のスロット内にそれぞれ分布巻きで配置される複数相のステータコイルと、
を備えるステータを有し、
前記各相のステータコイルは、所定数の前記スロットの外周側に収容される外周側巻線部及び所定数の前記スロットの内周側に収容される内周側巻線部を有し、
前記外周側巻線部と前記内周側巻線部とは、前記スロットを共有しつつ、軸方向一方側から見て、前記外周側巻線部に対して、前記内周側巻線部が少なくとも1スロット所定の方向にずれて配置され、
前記駆動用モータと前記発電用ジェネレータとは、スロット内でのコイル配置を含めた前記ステータの軸方向断面が等しく、
前記駆動用モータは、前記ステータコイルのずれ方向とトルク方向とが逆方向であり、
前記発電用ジェネレータは、前記ステータコイルのずれ方向とトルク方向とが同方向であることを特徴とする回転電機ユニット。 - 前記駆動用モータの前記ステータと、前記発電用ジェネレータの前記ステータとは、同一の回転軸線上に互いに対向して配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転電機ユニット。
- 前記ステータコイルは、コイルセグメントによって構成され、
前記駆動用モータ及び前記発電用ジェネレータの前記ステータコイルに電力を供給する配電部材は、軸方向において、前記駆動用モータと前記発電用ジェネレータとの間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の回転電機ユニット。
