Description

Claims (6)
- 仕分けるべき個々の製品の流れを設ける工程であって、
当該個々の製品は、色、偏光、蛍光度、表面質感、半透明度からなる一群の中から選択される多数の特性を備え、当該多数の特性は、反射スペクトルまた透過スペクトルである電磁放射によって検出可能である、仕分けるべき個々の製品の流れを設ける工程と、
前記個々の製品の流れを検査ステーションを通って移動させる工程であって、
非担持で前記検査ステーションを通過して下方に向かうよう前記製品の流れを解放する工程を含む、前記個々の製品の流れを検査ステーションを通って移動させる工程と、
駆動されると装置信号を生成する複数の検出装置であって、複数の検出装置を、前記個々の製品の多数の特性を識別するために、前記検査ステーション内に設置、及び前記複数の検出装置を前記非担持の製品の流れの対向する両側に配置する工程であって、
前記検査ステーションに複数の検出装置を設ける工程がさらに、駆動されている前記各検出装置の動作強化のためにリアルタイムで前記各検出装置を駆動する工程を含み、前記検査ステーション内の前記複数の検出装置により装置信号を生成する工程がさらに、前記検出装置が駆動された後に、前記検査ステーションを通過中の前記個々の製品が有する多数の前記各特性の勾配を識別する工程を含む、複数の検出装置を設置、及び配置する工程と、
前記各検出装置を所定の順序でリアルタイムに選択的に駆動することで、前記検出装置間での干渉を防ぐ制御部を設ける工程と、
前記各検出装置が生成した前記装置信号を前記制御部に送信する工程と、
前記各検出装置により生成された前記装置信号を用いて、前記制御部により、前記検査ステーションを通過中の前記個々の製品の、前記各検出装置により検出される多数の特性から形成される複数の特徴を備える、リアルタイムのマルチアスペクト表示を形成する工程と、
前記制御部により形成された前記マルチアスペクト表示に少なくとも部分的に基づいて、前記個々の製品が前記検査ステーションを通過する際にリアルタイムで前記個々の製品を仕分ける工程と、
を備える仕分け方法。 - 前記検査ステーションに複数の検出装置を設ける工程はさらに、前記検出装置の前記各装置信号を選択的に融合し、前記検査ステーションを通過中の前記個々の製品上に識別される多数の特性のコントラストを高める工程を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 複数の検出装置を設ける工程はさらに、駆動されると、前記検査ステーションを通過中の前記個々の製品に向けて照射され、前記個々の製品から反射および/またはこれらに透過される電磁放射を発する、選択的に駆動可能な複数の照射装置を設ける工程と、
前記検査ステーションを通過中の前記個々の製品から発せられる前記電磁放射を受光するよう配向された、選択的に動作可能な複数の画像記録装置を設ける工程と、
前記制御部を、前記選択的に駆動可能な照射装置と、前記選択的に動作可能な画像記録装置のそれぞれに、制御可能に結合する工程とを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記選択的に動作可能な画像記録装置は、検査ステーションに対して同一のおよび/または補完的な視点配向で個々に選択的に配された、レーザスキャナ、ラインスキャナおよびカメラとからなる一群の中から選択されて、前記制御部に装置信号を提供し、これにより、前記制御部は、検査ステーションを通過中の前記個々の製品の特徴識別度を高めたマルチアスペクト表示を生成することができる、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記選択的に駆動可能な照射装置は、可視、不可視、平行、非平行、集光、非集光、パルス駆動、非パルス駆動、位相同期、位相非同期、偏光、非偏光の電磁放射からなる一群から選択される電磁放射を発光するものである、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 画像前処理器を設け、前記制御部に電気的に結合する工程をさらに備え、
前記各検出装置が生成した前記装置信号を前記制御部に送信する工程の前に、前記装置信号を前記画像前処理器に送信する工程を含み、前記装置信号を前記画像前処理器に送信する工程はさらに、前記各検出装置から受信した装置信号を、デジタル画像のサブピクセルアラインメント、スケーリング、および補正することによって、前記装置信号を融合し関連づける工程を含む請求項1に記載の方法。
