[2] 前記の成分(a)が、4量体〜10量体の環状シロキサンの含有量が質量単位で20ppm以下であり、かつ、4量体〜20量体の環状シロキサンの含有量が質量単位で500ppm以下であるオルガノポリシロキサンである、[1]に記載の剥離性積層体。
[3] 前記の粘着層が、水系粘着剤組成物を塗工時の厚さで200μm以下となるように塗工されてなる粘着層である、[1]または[2]に記載の剥離性積層体。
[4] 前記の粘着層が、(B1)エマルション型の水系粘着剤組成物を、塗工時の厚さで100μm以下となるように塗工されてなる粘着層である、[1]〜[3]のいずれかに記載の剥離性積層体。
[5] 前記の基材が、シート状基材である、[1]〜[4]のいずれかに記載の剥離性積層体。
[6] 基材上に、(a)一分子中に少なくとも2個のケイ素原子結合アルケニル基を有し、4量体〜20量体の環状シロキサンの含有量が質量単位で1,000ppm以下であるオルガノポリシロキサン、(b)一分子中に少なくとも2個のケイ素原子結合水素原子を有するオルガノハイドロジェンポリシロキサン、および(c)ヒドロシリル化反応触媒からなる剥離性硬化皮膜形成性オルガノポリシロキサンを塗工して硬化させることにより、シリコーン剥離層を形成させ、さらに、同シリコーン剥離層上に、水系粘着剤組成物を塗工時の厚さで200μm以下となるように塗工することを特徴とする、剥離性積層体の製造方法。
[7] 前記の剥離性積層体の製造方法において、水系粘着剤組成物を塗工時の厚さで100μm以下となるように塗工することを特徴とする、[6]に記載の剥離性積層体の製造方法。」により達成される。
基材の形状は特に限定されるものではないが、シート状(フィルム状)またはテープ状の基材であることが好ましい。基材の種類は特に限定されるものではないが、板紙,ダンボール紙,クレーコート紙,ポリオレフィンラミネート紙,特にはポリエチレンラミネート紙,合成樹脂フィルム,天然繊維布,合成繊維布,人工皮革布,金属箔が例示される。特に、基材は、合成樹脂フィルムであることが好ましく、基材を構成する合成樹脂はポリイミド、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリスチレン、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリカーボネート、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ナイロンが例示される。特に耐熱性が要求される場合には、ポリイミド、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)、ポリエチレンナフタレート(PEN)、液晶ポリアリレート、ポリアミドイミド(PAI)、ポリエーテルスルフォン(PES)等の耐熱性合成樹脂フィルムが好適である。また、これらを複合化した合成樹脂フィルムが好適である。また、本発明のシリコーン剥離層は実質的に透明であるので、剥離性積層体の用途によっては、透明な基材(合成樹脂フィルム等)の使用も有用である。
本発明の剥離性積層体は、基材上に形成されたシリコーン剥離層が、4量体〜20量体の環状シロキサンの含有量が質量単位で1,000ppm以下である反応性シロキサン原料を用いた剥離性硬化皮膜形成性オルガノポリシロキサン組成物をヒドロシリル化反応により硬化させてなるシリコーン剥離層であることを第一の特徴とする。かかる4量体〜20量体の環状シロキサンの含有量が抑制されたことにより、硬化後のシリコーン剥離層上での水系粘着剤の濡れ性が大幅に改善され、薄く、均一な粘着層をシリコーン剥離層上に形成できる。
RcR2SiO(RRcSiO2/2)m1(R2SiO2/2)m2SiR2Rc 〔2〕
{式中、Rは炭素原子数1〜8のアルキル基またはフェニル基であり(但し、1分子中の50モル%以上がアルキル基である)、Rcは炭素原子数2〜8のアルケニル基であり、m1は0以上の数であり、m2は1以上の数であり、m1+m2は、好適には、本成分の25℃における粘度を25〜2,000mPa・sとする数である}で示される直鎖状ジオルガノポリシロキサンである。式中のアルキル基とアルケニル基は、前記したものと同様なものが例示され、好ましい。m1/(m1+m2)は、分子中のRcがRとRcの合計数の0.2〜10.0モル%となる数が好ましく、0.5〜5.0モル%となる数がより好ましい。

ここで、Meはメチル基を、Viはビニル基を、Heはヘキセニル基を、Phはフエニル基を意味する。
本発明の剥離性積層体は、基材上に形成されたシリコーン剥離層上に、水系粘着剤組成物からなる粘着層が形成されていることを第二の特徴とする。上記のシリコーン剥離層は、水系粘着剤組成物に対する濡れ性が改善されており、水系粘着剤組成物が塗工時に均一に濡れ広がり、薄く均一な粘着層をシリコーン剥離層上に形成させることができる。
ビニル末端を有するジメチルポリシロキサン97.7質量部、分子鎖両末端トリメチルシロキシ基封鎖メチルハイドロジェンポリシロキサン(粘度25mPa・s、ケイ素原子結合水素原子含有量1.6質量%)2.0質量部、1−エチル−1−シクロヘキサノール0.30質量部を均一に混合した後、塩化白金酸・1,3−ジビニル−1,1,3,3−テトラメチルジシロキサン錯体(白金金属含有率0.60質量%)を白金金属量100ppmとなる量添加し混合することにより、実施例または比較例に係る無溶剤型の剥離性硬化皮膜形成性オルガノポリシロキサン組成物を得た。
○:アクリル樹脂エマルジョン粘着剤は完全に均一に濡れ広がっていた。
△:ごく僅かに不均一な箇所が見られたが、アクリル樹脂エマルジョン粘着剤はほぼ均一に濡れ広がっていた。
×:アクリル樹脂エマルジョン粘着剤は所々ではじかれ、不均一な塗工面を形成していた。
Claims (6)
- 基材上に(A)(a)一分子中に少なくとも2個のケイ素原子結合アルケニル基を有するオルガノポリシロキサン、(b)一分子中に少なくとも2個のケイ素原子結合水素原子を有するオルガノハイドロジェンポリシロキサン、および(c)ヒドロシリル化反応触媒を含有する剥離性硬化皮膜形成性オルガノポリシロキサン組成物を硬化させてなるシリコーン剥離層を有し、同シリコーン剥離層上に(B)水系粘着剤組成物からなる粘着層を備えた剥離性積層体であって、
前記の成分(a)が、25℃における粘度が25〜2,000mPa・sであり、4量体〜10量体の環状シロキサンの含有量が質量単位で20ppm以下であり、かつ、4量体〜20量体の環状シロキサンの含有量が質量単位で500ppm以下であるオルガノポリシロキサンである、剥離性積層体。 - 前記の粘着層が、水系粘着剤組成物を塗工時の厚さで200μm以下となるように塗工されてなる粘着層である、請求項1に記載の剥離性積層体。
- 前記の粘着層が、(B1)エマルション型の水系粘着剤組成物を、塗工時の厚さで100μm以下となるように塗工されてなる粘着層である、請求項1又は2に記載の剥離性積層体。
- 前記の基材が、シート状基材である、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれかに記載の剥離性積層体。
- 基材上に、(a)一分子中に少なくとも2個のケイ素原子結合アルケニル基を有するオルガノポリシロキサン、(b)一分子中に少なくとも2個のケイ素原子結合水素原子を有するオルガノハイドロジェンポリシロキサン、および(c)ヒドロシリル化反応触媒からなる剥離性硬化皮膜形成性オルガノポリシロキサンを塗工して硬化させることにより、シリコーン剥離層を形成させ、さらに、同シリコーン剥離層上に、水系粘着剤組成物を塗工時の厚さで200μm以下となるように塗工することを特徴とする、剥離性積層体の製造方法であって、
前記の成分(a)が、25℃における粘度が25〜2,000mPa・sであり、4量体〜10量体の環状シロキサンの含有量が質量単位で20ppm以下であり、かつ、4量体〜20量体の環状シロキサンの含有量が質量単位で500ppm以下であるオルガノポリシロキサンである、剥離性積層体の製造方法。 - 前記の剥離性積層体の製造方法において、水系粘着剤組成物を塗工時の厚さで100μm以下となるように塗工することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の剥離性積層体の製造方法。
