Description
(洗濯乾燥機)
図1に示すように、洗濯乾燥機1Aは、洗濯兼脱水槽8(内槽、図2参照)の回転軸が略鉛直方向の縦型式洗濯機(縦型式洗濯乾燥機)である。この洗濯乾燥機1Aの筐体2の上部には上面カバー2aが設けられており、上面カバー2aには外蓋3が設けられている。外蓋3は、山型に折れ曲がりながら後ろ側に開くことにより、開口部2b(図2参照)を開口し、洗濯兼脱水槽8(図2参照)に衣類等(洗濯物)が出し入れ可能になっている。

Claims (3)
- 洗濯水を溜める外槽と、この外槽内に回転可能に設けた内槽と、この内槽を回転駆動する駆動装置と、前記外槽を支持する筺体と、前記外槽内の水を排出する排水ホースを備え、前記筺体は、筺体本体部と、この筺体本体部を載置するベース部を有し、前記ベース部に、前記排水ホースを下方から嵌め込むホース収容部を形成した洗濯機において、
前記排水ホースは、樹脂組成物で形成され、内周面に直管形状を有し、外周面に排水ホースの中心軸周りに旋回するように形成される螺旋形状を有しており、
前記ホース収容部の下部を形成し下方へ向けて開口幅が狭まる第1のガイド壁面と、この第1のガイド壁面から前記ベース部の下端へ向けて開口幅が広がる第2のガイド壁面を有し、前記ベース部の下端における前記第2のガイド壁面の開口幅は、前記排水ホースの直径及び前記ホース収容部の略中心高さにおける開口幅よりも大きくし、
前記第1のガイド壁面と前記第2のガイド壁面との間に、前記第2のガイド壁面の開口幅及び前記ホース収容部の略中心高さにおける開口幅よりも小さい開口幅を有する凸部を形成し、前記第1のガイド壁面及び前記第2のガイド壁面と前記ベース部との間に空隙を有して前記凸部は形成され、該凸部を弾性変形させることで前記排水ホースを前記ホース収容部へ嵌め込む構成としたことを特徴とする洗濯機。 - 請求項1において、前記排水ホースは、内面が長さ方向に平坦に形成され、外面が長さ方向に凹凸形状が連なるように形成されたものであることを特徴とする洗濯機。
- 請求項2において、前記凹凸形状は、前記排水ホースの中心軸周りに旋回するように形成される螺旋形状で構成されることを特徴とする洗濯機。
