Description
人体の皮膚に押し当てられると共に振動を伝達する振動パネルと、トランスジューサと、少なくとも一部分に少なくとも1個の音導孔が設けられた筐体とを備える骨伝導スピーカーを提供するステップと、
トランスジューサにより振動パネルを振動させるステップと、
筐体をもトランスジューサにより振動させると共に筐体外の空気を押して空気中に伝播する音漏れの音波を形成するステップと、
筐体内の空気が押されることで形成された筐体内の音波を音導孔から前記筐体の外部に導出し、当該音波と音漏れの音波との干渉を生成することで、骨伝導スピーカーの音漏れを抑制するステップと、を含む。
前記トランスジューサは、振動を発生させるために用いられ、前記筐体の内部に収容され、
前記振動パネルは、皮膚に押し当てられると共に振動を伝達するために用いられ、
前記筐体の少なくとも一部分に少なくとも1個の音導孔が設けられており、
前記筐体の内部の空気振動により形成された前記筐体内の音波を前記音導孔から前記筐体の外部に導出し、当該音波と前記筐体の振動により押された前記筐体外の空気で形成される音漏れの音波との干渉を生成することで、前記音漏れの音波の振幅を下げる。
当該方法は、本発明の各実施例で提供する骨伝導スピーカー内の音漏れ抑制に適し、
人体の皮膚に押し当てられると共に振動を伝達する振動パネル21と、トランスジューサ22と、少なくとも一部分に少なくとも1個の音導孔30が設けられた筐体10とを備える骨伝導スピーカーを提供するステップ1と、
トランスジューサ22により振動パネル21を振動させるステップ2と、
筐体10をもトランスジューサ22により振動させると共に筐体10外の空気を押して空気中に伝播する音漏れの音波を形成するステップ3と、
筐体10内の空気が押されることで形成された筐体10内の音波を音導孔30から筐体10の外部に導出し、当該音波と音漏れの音波との干渉を生成することで、骨伝導スピーカーの音漏れを抑制するステップ4と、を含む。

Claims (17)
- 音漏れ抑制方法であって、
振動パネルと、前記振動パネルを振動させるトランスジューサと、前記振動パネルと前記トランスジューサを収容し、トランスジューサの振動に伴って音漏れの音波を発生する筐体と、前記筺体上に位置すると共に前記筺体内部の音波を前記筺体の外部に導出し、前記導出音波が前記音漏れの音波と干渉を形成し、前記干渉が前記音漏れの音波の振幅を抑制する少なくとも1個の音導孔と、を含み、前記少なくとも1個の音導孔は、ダンパー層を含み、前記ダンパー層が前記導出音波の位相及び振幅を調整するために設けられる骨伝導スピーカーを用意することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記少なくとも1個の音導孔は、前記筺体に位置する2個の音導孔を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記筺体は、底部又は側壁を含み、前記少なくとも1個の音導孔が前記底部又は前記側壁に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記音導孔の位置は、次の要因のうちの少なくとも1つによって决定され、前記要因が前記トランスジューサの振動周波数、前記少なくとも1個の音導孔の形状、前記少なくとも1個の音導孔の数量、前記音漏れの音波の振幅を抑制するターゲットゾーン、或いは前記音漏れの音波の振幅を抑制する周波数範囲を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記導出音波は、少なくとも2個の同位相の音波を含み、前記少なくとも2個の同位相の音波が同一波長の音漏れの音波の振幅を抑制することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記導出音波は、少なくとも2個の異なる位相の音波を含み、前記少なくとも2個の異なる位相の音波が波長の異なる音漏れの音波の振幅を抑制することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1個の音導孔は、少なくとも2個の部位を含み、前記少なくとも2個の部位が少なくとも2個の同位相の音波を発生するように設けられると共に同一波長の音漏れの音波の振幅を抑制することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1個の音導孔は、少なくとも2個の異なる部位を含み、前記少なくとも2個の異なる部位が少なくとも2個の異なる位相の音波を発生するように設けられると共に波長の異なる音漏れの音波の振幅を抑制することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 振動パネルと、
前記振動パネルを振動させるトランスジューサと、
前記振動パネルと前記トランスジューサを収容し、トランスジューサの振動に伴って音漏れの音波を発生する筐体と、
前記筺体上に位置すると共に前記筺体内部の音波を前記筺体の外部に導出し、前記導出した音波が前記音漏れの音波と干渉を形成し、前記干渉が前記音漏れの音波の振幅を抑制する少なくとも1個の音導孔と、
を含み、
前記少なくとも1個の音導孔は、ダンパー層を含み、前記ダンパー層が前記導出音波の位相及び振幅を調整するために設けられることを特徴とする骨伝導スピーカー。 - 前記筺体は、底部又は側壁を含み、前記少なくとも1個の音導孔が前記底部又は前記側壁に位置することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の骨伝導スピーカー。
- 前記筺体は、円柱形側壁を含み、前記少なくとも1個の音導孔が前記円柱形側壁に位置することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の骨伝導スピーカー。
- 前記少なくとも1個の音導孔は、2個の音導孔を含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の骨伝導スピーカー。
- 前記2個の音導孔は、前記円柱形側壁の軸方向に沿う異なる高さに位置することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の骨伝導スピーカー。
- 前記少なくとも1個の音導孔は、前記底部の中心に位置することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の骨伝導スピーカー。
- 前記ダンパー層は、調音紙、調音材、不織布、シルク、綿布、スポンジ或いはゴムのいずれか1種で製造されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の骨伝導スピーカー。
- 前記少なくとも1個の音導孔の形状は、円形、楕円形又は四角形とすることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の骨伝導スピーカー。
- 前記トランスジューサは、磁性体とボイスコイルとを含み、或いは前記トランスジューサが圧電セラミックを含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の骨伝導スピーカー。
