Description
複数の端子部4と、本体1と、カバー2とを備える。複数の端子部4は、充電ケーブル5の導体500と電気的に接続される受け側コンタクト40と、受け側コンタクト40と導体500との接続部位を覆う第1モールド部41とを有する。さらに、複数の端子部4は、第1モールド部41の外周面に被せられる環状のシール部材(Oリング414)と、受け側コンタクト40と第1モールド部41との境界部分を覆う第2モールド部42とを有する。カバー2は、端子部4を保持する保持部20と、保持部20から突出する受け側コンタクト40を囲む周壁部21とを有する。本体1は、保持部20を収納する収納部(第1収納部10)と、充電ケーブル5の先端部分を収納するグリップ12とを備える。第1モールド部41及び第2モールド部42は、合成樹脂材料の成形体で構成される。第1モールド部41は、第2モールド部42を構成する合成樹脂材料よりも耐クリープ性の高い合成樹脂材料で構成される。第2モールド部42は、第1モールド部41を構成する合成樹脂材料よりも受け側コンタクト40を形成する材料との密着性の高い合成樹脂材料で構成される。

Claims (1)
- 複数の端子部と、本体と、カバーとを備え、
複数の前記端子部は、充電ケーブルの導体と電気的に接続される受け側コンタクトと、前記受け側コンタクトと前記導体との接続部位を覆う第1モールド部と、前記第1モールド部の外周面に被せられる環状のシール部材と、前記受け側コンタクトと前記第1モールド部との境界部分を覆う第2モールド部とを有し、
前記カバーは、前記端子部を保持する保持部と、前記保持部から突出する前記受け側コンタクトを囲む周壁部とを有し、
前記本体は、前記保持部を収納する収納部と、前記充電ケーブルの先端部分を収納するグリップとを備え、
前記第1モールド部及び前記第2モールド部は、合成樹脂材料の成形体で構成され、前記第1モールド部は、前記第2モールド部を構成する合成樹脂材料よりも耐クリープ性の高い合成樹脂材料で構成され、前記第2モールド部は、前記第1モールド部を構成する前記合成樹脂材料よりも前記受け側コンタクトを形成する材料との密着性の高い合成樹脂材料で構成されることを特徴とする充電コネクタ。
