Description
R1〜R6は、互いに同一または異なり、それぞれ独立して、水素、アミノ基、炭素数1〜20のアルキル基、炭素数3〜20のシクロアルキル基、炭素数1〜20のアルコキシ基、炭素数1〜20のヒドロキシアルキル基、炭素数2〜20のアルケニル基、炭素数6〜20のアリール基、炭素数7〜20のアルキルアリール基、炭素数7〜20のアリールアルキル基、炭素数1〜20のアミノヒドロカルビル基、炭素数1〜20のヒドロカルビルアミノ基、または炭素数1〜20のヒドロキシアルキルアミノ基であり、
前記R1およびR2のうちの少なくとも一つ、前記R3およびR4のうちの少なくとも一つ、前記R5およびR6のうちの少なくとも一つは、アミノ基、炭素数1〜20のアミノヒドロカルビル基、炭素数1〜20のヒドロカルビルアミノ基、または炭素数1〜20のヒドロキシアルキルアミノ基である。
[実施例]
[グラファイト酸化物の製造]
[製造例]
Hummers法によってグラファイト酸化物を製造した。
[実施例1]
図2に示された装置を用いてグラフェンを製造した。
前記予熱温度を300℃とし、反応温度を380℃として、超臨界条件で反応させたことを除いては、実施例1と同様に実施して官能化グラフェン3.5gを得た。
製造例1で製造されたグラファイト酸化物10gを300〜400℃電気炉に2分間熱処理してグラフェン8.4gを得た。
図5および図6は、本発明の実施例1および比較例1で得られたグラフェンのSEMおよびTEMイメージである。
[ラマンスペクトル測定]
前記実施例1および比較例1で得られたグラフェンを用いてラマンスペクトルを測定し、測定された結果を図3に示した。
前記実施例1および比較例1で得られたグラフェンを用いて赤外線分光スペクトルを測定した。測定された結果を図4に示した。
前記製造例で得られたグラファイト酸化物、実施例1および2で得られたグラフェンを用いてXPS(X−ray photoelectron spectroscopy)を測定して、測定された結果を図7に示した。
前記製造例のグラファイト酸化物および実施例1、比較例1で得られたグラフェンを用いてXRD(X−ray diffraction)を測定して、測定された結果を図8に示した。

Claims (9)
- グラファイト酸化物、溶媒、並びにアミン基および硫黄原子を全て含む官能化化合物を含む混合液を形成する段階;
前記混合液を200〜500℃で予熱する段階;
前記混合液を前記溶媒の超臨界条件で反応させて官能化グラフェンを形成する段階;および
前記官能化グラフェンを回収する段階を含み、
前記超臨界条件の温度は、200〜500℃であり、
前記超臨界条件の圧力は、100〜500atmである、官能化グラフェンの製造方法。 - 前記アミン基および硫黄原子を全て含む官能化化合物は、下記化学式1、化学式2、および化学式3で表される化合物からなる群より選択される1種以上である、請求項1に記載の官能化グラフェンの製造方法:

前記R1およびR2のうちの少なくとも一つ、前記R3およびR4のうちの少なくとも一つ、前記R5およびR6のうちの少なくとも一つはアミノ基、炭素数1〜20のアミノヒドロカルビル基、炭素数1〜20のヒドロカルビルアミノ基、または炭素数1〜20のヒドロキシアルキルアミノ基である。 - 前記溶媒は、水、アルコール、二酸化炭素、またはこれらの混合物を含む、請求項1に記載の官能化グラフェンの製造方法。
- 前記グラファイト酸化物は、グラファイト酸化物前駆体を酸および酸化剤で処理して形成されるものである、請求項1に記載の官能化グラフェンの製造方法。
- 前記グラファイト酸化物前駆体は、グラファイト、グラフェン、グラファイトナノプレートレット、グラフェンナノプレートレット、膨張黒鉛、ダイヤモンド、フラーレン、カーボンブラック、活性炭、炭、炭素ナノリボン、炭素ナノワイヤー、炭素ナノクレイ、炭素ナノチューブ、ピッチ系炭素繊維、炭素ナノ繊維、炭素ガラス繊維、およびアスファルトからなる群より選択された1種以上である、請求項4に記載の官能化グラフェンの製造方法。
- 前記溶媒は、前記グラファイト酸化物100重量部に対して10〜100,000重量部で含まれる、請求項1に記載の官能化グラフェンの製造方法。
- 請求項1において、前記アミン基および硫黄原子を全て含む官能化化合物は前記グラファイト酸化物中に含まれている酸素に対して0.1〜30モル比率で含まれる官能化グラフェンの製造方法。
- 前記官能化グラフェンを形成する段階以後、前記官能化グラフェンを回収する段階以前に、高圧ろ過する段階をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の官能化グラフェンの製造方法。
- 前記官能化グラフェンを形成する段階以後、前記官能化グラフェンを回収する段階以前に、形成された官能化グラフェンを洗浄する段階をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の官能化グラフェンの製造方法。
