Description
Claims (20)
- 可変データリソグラフィー印刷のためのインク組成物であって、
インク組成物の溶液に懸濁した少なくとも20重量%の比率の白色着色剤要素と;
2種類以上の少なくとも1種類の硬化性モノマー、少なくとも1種類の分散剤と;
光開始剤系とを含み、
前記インク組成物は、約4.25×10 5 cps〜約1.33×10 6 cpsの範囲の25℃でのゼロ剪断粘度を有し、前記インク組成物は印刷用のUVゲルインクではない、インク組成物。 - 白色着色剤要素が、顔料を含む、請求項1に記載のインク組成物。
- 顔料が、二酸化チタンを含む、請求項2に記載のインク組成物。
- 顔料が、35重量%の量で存在する、請求項2に記載のインク組成物。
- 顔料が、20〜80重量%の範囲の量で存在する、請求項2に記載のインク組成物。
- 顔料が、さらに、複数の顔料粒子を含み、複数の顔料粒子の70%以上の平均直径が、約150ナノメートル〜約400ナノメートルの範囲である、請求項2に記載のインク組成物。
- 画像化部材を用い、印刷可能な基材にインクが90%以上の効率で転写される、インクを用いるデジタル印刷のために構成されたインク組成物を含む、請求項1に記載のインク組成物。
- 複数の少なくとも1種類の硬化性モノマーを含み、少なくとも1種類の硬化性モノマーは、分子量が低く、UVを照射すると、複数のモノマーのうち、少なくとも1種類の低分子量硬化性モノマーの40%未満が、高分子量モノマーに変換される、請求項1に記載のインク組成物。
- 複数の少なくとも1種類の硬化性モノマーを含み、少なくとも1種類の硬化性モノマーは、分子量が低く、UVを照射すると、複数のモノマーのうち、少なくとも1種類の低分子量硬化性モノマーの20%未満が、高分子量モノマーに変換される、請求項1に記載のインク組成物。
- インクを用いるデジタル印刷の方法であって、
再画像作成可能な画像化部材表面に白色インク組成物を塗布することを含み、前記再画像作成可能な画像化部材はその表面に配置された湿し液を有し、前記白色インク組成物は、インク組成物の溶液に懸濁した少なくとも20重量%の比率の白色着色剤要素と、2種類以上の少なくとも1種類の硬化性モノマーと、少なくとも1種類の分散剤と、光開始剤系とを含み、前記白色インク組成物は、約4.25×10 5 cps〜約1.33×10 6 cpsの範囲の25℃でのゼロ剪断粘度を有し、前記白色インク組成物は印刷用のUVゲルインクではない、方法。 - 前記白色インク組成物を塗布する前に、前記画像化部材表面に前記湿し液を塗布することを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記白色インク組成物が、二酸化チタンを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記二酸化チタンが、20〜80重量%の範囲の量で存在する、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記湿し液が、オクタメチルシクロテトラシロキサン、デカメチルシクロペンタシロキサン、またはこれらの混合物を含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記白色インクを塗布することは、さらに、インク画像を形成することを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記画像化部材の再画像作成可能な表面から印刷可能な基材に前記インク画像を転写することを含む、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記印刷可能な基材は、ラベルである、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記転写前に前記インク画像を部分的に硬化することを含み、前記部分的硬化は、約5%から約40%のビニルピーク転換を有する、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記転写後に前記インク画像を硬化することを含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記インクを塗布することは、アニロックス運搬システムを用いて前記インクを適用することを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
