Description
な処理材料に分散可能なスラリーの処理方法及びその処理装置を提供することである。
このとき、超音波ホーンと超音波室の排出口側の壁面及び上記内方流出口との間隔を、6mm以上に形成すると、ブツやダマが十分に解砕されない。超音波室の壁面及び上記内方流出口との間隔を、1mm以下に形成すると、処理材料の温度が昇温する傾向がみられ、好ましくない。

Claims (6)
- 固体/液体系処理材料であるスラリーの処理方法であって、供給口からベッセル内に入った処理材料を回転体とベッセルの内壁間に形成された環状微小間隙に流入させること、回転体を回転して処理材料を圧縮、剪断処理すること、環状微小間隙を通過した処理材料を内方流出口から排出口を有する超音波室に流出すること、超音波ホーンの排出口とは反対側の側面と超音波室の内面間の間隔が超音波ホーンの排出口側の側面と排出口間の間隔よりも広く、かつ排出口側の超音波室の壁面との間及び超音波ホーンと上記内方流出口との間に、2〜5mmの間隔を空けて超音波ホーンを該超音波室に設けること、この超音波ホーンから処理材料に超音波を照射することを特徴とするスラリーの処理方法。
- 上記超音波ホーンは、超音波室の中心から排出口側に偏芯した位置から超音波を処理材料に照射することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスラリーの処理方法。
- 固体/液体系処理材料であるスラリーの供給口と内方流出口を有するベッセルと、ベッセル内に回転可能に設けられた回転体と、回転体の外周面とベッセルの内壁面間に形成された環状微小間隙と、ベッセルの内方流出口に連通して設けられ排出口を有する超音波室と、超音波室に設けられた超音波ホーンを具備し、上記超音波ホーンは、超音波ホーンの排出口とは反対側の側面と超音波室の内面間の間隔が超音波ホーンの排出口側の側面と排出口間の間隔よりも広く、かつ超音波ホーンと上記内方流出口及び超音波室の壁面との間の間隔が2〜5mmになるよう排出口側に近接して設けられていることを特徴とするスラリーの処理装置。
- 上記超音波ホーンの中心は、超音波室の中心から排出口側に偏芯している請求項3に記載のスラリーの処理装置。
- 上記回転体は、外周面に円周方向に凹部を設けて長手方向に延びる帯状突起を形成した筒状体に構成されている請求項3に記載のスラリーの処理装置。
- 上記回転体の帯状突起の表面には、刻み目が設けられている請求項5記載のスラリーの処理装置。
