Description
1.複数の素子の出力を組み合わせることにより十分な出力を提供する。

5.出力の「幾何学形状」を個々の用途の要件(所望の照射の好ましい角度など)に合わせ易くする。
6.素子の取り付け位置、放射角度、および経済性を用途の要件に合わせ易くする。
7.移動する目標物への出力の同期または他の「出力運動」を容易にする。
8.共通の制御回路での素子群の駆動に対応する。
9.多段加熱技術に対応する。
10.アレイ構成の素子の適切な冷却を促進する。

Claims (15)
- 食品アイテムを含む食品を赤外線加熱するための処理システムであって、
照射エネルギーを内部に安全に封じ込めるための構造を有しており且つ照射のために食品アイテムを中に配置することができる調理室と、
前記調理室を少なくとも部分的に囲むとともに、指向性の照射素子を調理ゾーンの近傍に、該照射素子からの照射を調理室内の食品アイテムに該照射素子から直接に衝突させることができるように保持する構造と、
ユーザインタフェースによる設定またはセンサの出力のうちのひとつと、前記調理室が使用中かつ前記照射エネルギーを安全に封じ込めているとの判断とにもとづいて、前記調理室が閉じられている時で、ある時間期間において、前記照射素子からの照射エネルギーを前記食品アイテムに照射するように、前記調理室に照射の出力をもたらすべく前記照射素子をデジタル的に制御するために少なくとも電流を供給する制御システムと
を備え、
前記照射素子が、対象となる食品アイテムのうちの少なくとも1つの食品アイテムが持つ少なくとも1つの吸収特性の波長に一致するように照射出力の波長が選択された少なくとも1つの狭帯域の半導体ベースの放射素子を含む、
システム。 - 照射出力の波長を通すことなく調理室内の観察を可能にするように配置された観察窓をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 観察時にシステム内での照射を選択的に止めるためのシャッタシステムをさらに備える、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 食品アイテムを調理室へと運ぶための搬送システムをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 照射の前、最中、または後のうちの少なくとも1つにおいて食品アイテムについての少なくとも1つの様相を検出することができるセンサをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記センサが、位置、食品の種類、および食品アイテムのサイズを検出するカメラを備える、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの狭帯域の半導体ベースの放射素子は、
その狭帯域の照射を照射されることが予定されている対象食品アイテムの吸収特性に一致するように選択される2つの異なる狭帯域の照射波長を生成する、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 狭帯域加熱に加えて食品アイテムを調理するために選択的に作動させられる広帯域の照射要素をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 食品アイテムの調理、乾燥、または硬化のための方法であって、
少なくとも1つの対象食品アイテムを照射ゾーンに導入し、半導体ベースのデジタル狭帯域照射素子によって照射できるように配置するステップと、
前記照射ゾーンを安全に取り囲むステップと、
前記照射ゾーンが安全に取り囲まれている期間の間に、ユーザインタフェースによる設定またはセンサの出力のうちのひとつと、前記照射ゾーンが使用中かつ半導体ベースのデジタル狭帯域照射素子からの照射エネルギーを安全に封じ込めているとの判断とにもとづいて、少なくとも1つの半導体ベースのデジタル狭帯域照射素子から指向性の放射を放射するステップと、
前記放射の際に前記少なくとも1つの対象食品アイテムの吸収特性の波長に一致する少なくとも1つの狭帯域の赤外波長で前記少なくとも1つの対象食品アイテムに照射するステップと
を含む、方法。 - 食品アイテムを処理するための方法であって、
食品アイテムを調理室へと搬送するステップと、
前記食品アイテムが前記調理室へと搬送されるときに該食品アイテムの位置を検出するステップと、
前記食品アイテムが所望の位置にある旨を検出するステップと、
前記検出にもとづいて前記搬送を停止させるステップと、
前記調理室を閉鎖し、該調理室の中身を安全に封じ込めるステップと、
前記食品アイテムの様相を検出または入力するステップと、
前記検出または入力にもとづき、さらに調理パラメータにもとづいて、調理パターンを決定するステップと、
前記食品アイテムの好ましい吸収特性の波長に対応する赤外波長にて、少なくとも1つの半導体ベースのデジタル狭帯域照射素子から、前記調理室の内部に照射エネルギーが安全に封じ込められている期間の間に、ある時間期間にわたって、前記調理パターンまたはセンサの出力のうちのひとつと、前記調理室が使用中かつ前記照射エネルギーを安全に封じ込めているとの判断とにもとづいて、照射エネルギーを前記食品アイテムに照射するステップと、
前記照射の完了後に前記調理室を開くステップと、
前記食品アイテムを前記調理室から運び出すステップと
を含む、方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの食品アイテムに照射するステップが、該少なくとも1つの食品アイテムに帯状に照射するステップを含む、請求項9または10に記載の方法。
- 前記照射するステップが、前記少なくとも1つの半導体ベースのデジタル狭帯域照射素子をパルス状に動作させるステップを含む、請求項9または10に記載の方法。
- 前記照射するステップでは、前記少なくとも1つの半導体ベースのデジタル狭帯域照射素子から前記吸収特性に対応する2つの狭帯域の波長帯を含む照射をし、各波長帯の中心波長が実質的に異なる、請求項9または10に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの狭帯域の波長が、前記食品アイテムへの深い浸透を達成する、請求項9または10に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの狭帯域の波長が、前記食品アイテムの表面の加熱を達成する、請求項9または10に記載の方法。
