Claims (5)
- 上下に貫通した臼孔(12)が設けられたテーブル(1)と、
前記臼孔(12)の下方に配置され上端部が臼孔(12)に挿入されて摺動可能である下杵(6)と、
前記下杵(6)に対向するように前記臼孔(12)の上方に配置され下端部が臼孔(12)に挿入されて摺動可能である上杵(7)と、
前記上杵(7)を上下動可能に保持する上杵保持部(5)と、
前記下杵(6)及び前記上杵(7)により圧縮成形される粉体を前記臼孔(12)内に充填する少なくとも一の充填装置(2A)(2B)(2C)と、
前記上杵(7)の下端部が前記臼孔(12)内に挿入された状態で前記テーブル(1)の上面の集塵を行う集塵器(3)とを備え、
前記下杵(6)及び前記上杵(7)が回転式粉体圧縮成形機に使用可能な金型であり、その上杵(7)が前記上杵保持部(5)により当該上杵保持部(5)に対して相対的に上下動するように保持されるものであり、
前記集塵器(3)が、
前記上杵(7)に連動して前記上杵保持部(5)に対して相対的に上下動するように同上杵保持部(5)に保持される駆動体(31)と、
前記駆動体(31)に係合し、当該駆動体(31)の上下動に起因して、前記テーブル(1)の上面における前記臼孔(12)の周囲の領域に覆い被さる集塵位置と前記テーブル(1)の上面から上方に離間した退避位置との間で上下動する集塵ケース(32)と、
前記集塵ケース(32)に接続し集塵ケース(32)の内部を減圧する吸引ダクト(33)と、
前記集塵ケース(32)と前記上杵保持部(5)との間に設けられ、弾性付勢力を発揮して前記集塵位置にある集塵ケース(32)を前記テーブル(1)の上面に押し付ける付勢部材(34)と
を有する竪型式粉体圧縮成形機。 - 前記充填装置(2A)(2B)(2C)を二以上有する請求項1記載の竪型式粉体圧縮成形機。
- 前記粉体内に核が内包された成形品を製造するためのものであって、
前記核を前記臼孔(12)内に供給する供給装置(2D)を備える請求項1又は2記載の竪型式粉体圧縮成形機。 - 前記集塵ケース(32)に接続する前記集塵ダクト(33)が、前記臼孔(12)から見て、前記充填装置(2A)(2B)(2C)の進退する方向とは異なる方向に向けて伸長している請求項2記載の竪型式粉体圧縮成形機。
- 前記集塵ケース(32)に接続する前記集塵ダクト(33)が、前記臼孔(12)から見て、前記充填装置(2A)(2B)(2C)及び前記供給装置(2D)の進退する方向とは異なる方向に向けて伸長している請求項3記載の竪型式粉体圧縮成形機。
