Claims (13)
- 基板と、
前記基板上に配置される複数の発光素子とを含み、
前記複数の発光素子のうち少なくとも一つは、
四角形の第1発光面を有する第1発光セルと、
四角形の第2発光面を有する第2発光セルと、
直角三角形の第3発光面を有する第3発光セルと、
直角三角形の第4発光面を有する第4発光セルとを含み、
前記第1〜第4発光セルは個別に駆動され、
前記第1〜第4発光セルは、
第1半導体層、活性層及び第2半導体層を含む発光構造物を含み、光を出射する発光面を有し、
前記第1発光面の第1辺と前記第2発光面の第1辺は互いに隣接し、互いに対向し、
前記第3発光面の第1斜辺は、前記第4発光面の第1斜辺と互いに対向し、
前記第4発光面の第2辺は、前記第1発光面の第2辺及び前記第2発光面の第2辺と対応し、互いに対向する、発光モジュール。 - 前記第3発光面の第1斜辺と前記第3発光面の第2辺との間の角度は15°〜45°である、請求項1に記載の発光モジュール。
- 前記第4発光面の第2辺は、前記第3発光面の第2辺と対応し、互いに対向し、
前記第4発光面の第1辺と前記第4発光面の第2辺との間の角度は15°〜45°である、請求項1又は2に記載の発光モジュール。 - 前記第1発光面及び前記第2発光面のそれぞれは正方形である、請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の発光モジュール。
- 前記第1〜第4発光セルのうち隣接する発光セル間の離隔距離は、前記複数の発光素子のうち隣接する発光素子間の離隔距離よりも小さい、請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の発光モジュール。
- 前記複数の発光素子は、C行(C>1である自然数)とR列(R>1である自然数)を含むマトリックス形態で配置され、
y行(1≦y≦C)に含まれる複数の発光素子のうち少なくとも一つは、前記第1〜第4発光面を含む、請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の発光モジュール。 - 前記複数の発光素子のそれぞれは、
隣接する発光セルの間に配置される絶縁層をさらに含む、請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の発光モジュール。 - 前記第1〜第4発光セルのうち少なくとも一つと電気的に接続される少なくとも一つのパッドをさらに含む、請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の発光モジュール。
- 前記少なくとも一つのパッドにボンディングされる少なくとも一つのワイヤをさらに含む、請求項8に記載の発光モジュール。
- 前記少なくとも一つのワイヤを介して、前記少なくとも一つのパッドに、前記第1〜第4発光セルのうち少なくとも一つを駆動するための電源が独立的に印加される、請求項9に記載の発光モジュール。
- 前記y行のx番目の列に配置される第1発光素子及びx+1番目の列に配置される第2発光素子のそれぞれは、前記第1〜第4発光セルを含み、
前記第2発光素子は、前記第1発光素子を180°回転したものと同一の構造を有する、請求項6に記載の発光モジュール。 - 前記第1発光面、前記第2発光面、前記第3発光面、及び前記第4発光面は、前記発光構造物の上部面である、請求項1ないし11のいずれかに記載の発光モジュール。
- 前記複数の発光素子のうち前記少なくとも一つの発光素子を除いた残りは、個別に駆動する4個の発光セルを含み、前記4個の発光セルのそれぞれの発光面は四角形である、請求項1ないし12のいずれかに記載の発光モジュール。
