Description
[構成および基本動作]
(水処理システム全体の構成)
図1は、本発明の第1の実施の形態に係る水処理装置を含む水処理システムの構成を示す図である。
図2は、本発明の第1の実施の形態に係る水処理装置の構成を示す垂直断面図である。また、図3は、図2に示すIII−III線断面の構成を示す水平断面図である。
ここで、モータ14の回転速度が速いほど、単位時間当たりにおける被処理水とフィルタ21の濾過面との接触面積が広くなるため、単位時間当たりに濾過することのできる被処理水の量が多くなることが期待される。しかしながら、当該回転速度が速いほど、フィルタ21において被処理水または保管水が十分に当たらない領域が生じてフィルタ21の洗浄を十分に行うことができなくなる可能性がある。このため、モータ14の回転速度を適切に設定することが求められる。
次に、本発明の実施の形態に係る水処理装置101の動作の流れについて説明する。
なお、制御部15は、濾過動作が行われている時間および洗浄動作が行われている時間を確認する代わりに、フィルタ21の外部の圧力と、フィルタ21の内部の圧力との差圧ΔPを検出する構成であっても良い。ここで、フィルタ21に微生物などが付着してフィルタ21の目詰まりが生じると、フィルタ21の外部から内部への被処理水の透過が円滑に行われなくなり、フィルタ21の外部の圧力と、フィルタ21の内部の圧力との差圧ΔPは徐々に大きくなる。
また、制御部15は、たとえば、濾過水流路18および排出流路19を流れる濾過水の濁度を検出し、濾過水流路18を流れる濾過水の濁度が所定値以上となった場合に濾過動作から洗浄動作に切り替え、排出流路19を流れる被処理水の濁度が所定値未満となった場合に洗浄動作から濾過動作に切り替える構成であっても良い。
また、濾過動作または洗浄動作から水入れ替え動作への切り替えは、制御部15によって自動的に行われる構成に限らず、作業者の操作によって行われても良い。すなわち、濾過動作の合計時間、または、フィルタ21の外部の圧力とフィルタ21の内部の圧力との差圧ΔPなどに関わらず、たとえば、作業者が、濾過水タンク106の水量が所定値に達していることを確認した場合にバルブ131,132,133,134の開閉等を操作することによって、濾過動作または洗浄動作から水入れ替え動作に切り替えることができる。
上述した第1の実施の形態に係る水処理装置201では、水入れ替え動作において、保管水タンク107に蓄えられた保管水が、配管125、バルブ133、被処理水流路16および被処理水流出部17を経由して容器13内に流出する。これに対して、本発明の第2の実施の形態に係る水処理装置201では、保管水タンク107に貯蓄された保管水が、被処理水流路16および被処理水流出部17を経由することなく、容器13内に流出する。
上述した第1の実施の形態および第2の実施の形態に係る水処理装置201では、水入れ替え動作において、保管水タンク107に蓄えられた保管水が容器13内に流出する。これに対して、本発明の第3の実施の形態に係る水処理装置201では、水入れ替え動作において、濾過水タンク106に蓄えられた濾過水が保管水として容器13内に流出する。

Claims (6)
- 被処理水を濾過するためのフィルタと、
前記フィルタを収容する容器とを備える水処理装置における水処理方法であって、
前記容器へ前記被処理水を入れ、前記フィルタを透過した濾過水を取得するステップと、
前記容器における前記被処理水を保管水に入れ替えるステップとを含み、
前記保管水は、前記被処理水と比べて微生物の生存条件の悪い水であり、
前記水処理方法は、さらに、
前記被処理水を前記保管水に入れ替えた後に、前記保管水が前記容器に入っている状態において前記フィルタを回転させるステップを含む、水処理方法。 - 前記水処理方法は、さらに、
前記濾過水を取得した後、前記フィルタを回転させながら、前記被処理水を前記フィルタに向かって流出させる前記フィルタの洗浄動作を行うステップを含み、
前記保管水に入れ替えるステップにおいては、前記洗浄動作を行った後に、前記被処理水を前記保管水に入れ替える、請求項1に記載の水処理方法。 - 前記洗浄動作を行うステップにおいては、前記濾過水を取得するための流路を閉じた状態において前記洗浄動作を行う、請求項2に記載の水処理方法。
- 前記保管水は、塩分濃度が2%未満の水である、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の水処理方法。
- 前記保管水は、前記フィルタを透過した前記濾過水である、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の水処理方法。
