Claims (17)
- プラスチック材料の射出成形装置の金型(1)の固定板(5)であって、前記射出成形装置は、射出されるプラスチック材料の分配器(2)と、前記分配器(2)に接続され、内部でバルブピン(8)が軸方向に移動可能であるノズル(7)を含んでいる連続したインジェクタ(3)とを備え、前記固定板(5)は、各インジェクタ(3)のトランスミッション(10)と関連する各電気モータ(9)を支持し、閉位置と、前記分配器(2)から前記金型キャビティ(1)への圧力下におけるプラスチック材料の流体の流動を可能にする開位置との間で、前記バルブピン(8)の相対的な位置を制御しており、前記固定板(5)は、前記金型(1)に面した第1の面(5a)に前記分配器(2)が収容されているキャビティ(6)を有し、かつ、関連する前記トランスミッション(10)を有する各電気モータ(9)は、挿入及び取り外し可能な態様で、前記第1の面(5a)に対向する前記固定板(5)の第2の面(5b)に設けられている座部(12)内に、対応する各インジェクタ(3)に対して側方に収容されていることを特徴とする、プラスチック材料の射出成形装置の金型(1)の固定板(5)。
- 各電気モータ(9)の軸(B)は、前記各インジェクタ(3)の軸(A)に直交して配置されている、請求項1に記載の固定板。
- 前記関連するトランスミッション(10)を有する各電気モータ(9)は、前記インジェクタの軸(A)に平行な方向に、即ち前記固定板(5)の前記第2の面(5b)に直交した方向に前記各座部(12)に対して挿入可能及び取り外し可能であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の固定板。
- 前記関連するトランスミッション(10)を有する各電気モータ(9)は、前記各インジェクタ(3)の前記バルブピン(8)を静止させた状態で、前記各座部(12)に対して挿入可能及び取り外し可能である、請求項2又は請求項3に記載の固定板。
- 前記電気モータは回転モータ(9)であり、前記トランスミッションはねじとナットのアセンブリ(10)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の固定板。
- 前記電気回転モータ(9)と、前記ねじとナットのアセンブリ(10)とは、並んで配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の固定板。
- 前記電気回転モータ(9)と、前記ねじとナットのアセンブリ(10)とは、前記バルブピン(8)の軸(A)に直交して互いに平行な各軸(B,C)を有することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の固定板。
- 前記トランスミッションはまた、前記ねじとナットのアセンブリ(10)と、前記バルブピン(8)との間に、動作的に介在する揺動レバー(11)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の固定板。
- 前記揺動レバー(11)の揺動軸(18)は、前記バルブピン(8)の軸(A)に直交することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の固定板。
- 前記揺動レバー(11)は前記分配器(2)に担持され、係合手段が前記ねじとナットのアセンブリ(10)と前記バルブピン(8)との間に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項8又は請求項9に記載の固定板。
- 前記揺動レバー(11)は、前記ねじとナットのアセンブリ(10)に担持され、係合手段が前記揺動レバー(11)と前記バルブピン(8)との間に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項8又は請求項9に記載の固定板。
- 前記揺動レバー(11)は、前記分配器(2)の任意の熱膨張を補償するように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項10又は請求項11に記載の固定板。
- 前記分配器(2)は、断熱部材(25)によって前記固定板(5)に直接固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項12のいずれか1項に記載の板。
- 前記電気モータ(9)のワイヤ(13)と前記分配器(2)のワイヤ(30)とを物理的に分離することを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項13のいずれか1項に記載の固定板。
- 前記電気モータ(9)の冷却は、前記固定板(5)の熱伝導によって行われることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項14のいずれか1項に記載の板。
- 前記固定板自体内に完全に収容される前記固定板単体(5)の冷却システムを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項15のいずれか1項に記載の板。
- 請求項1から請求項16のいずれか1項に記載の固定板(5)を備える、プラスチック材料の射出成形装置。
