Claims (5)
- 長さ方向に対して垂直な方向における断面において内層をなす内層の側線と、外層をなす外層の側線とを有する複数の鋼線からなるPC鋼撚り線と、
前記PC鋼撚り線の外周に前記PC鋼撚り線を収納するように配されたプレグラウト層と、
前記プレグラウト層の外周を被うシースと、
前記PC鋼撚り線を構成する前記内層の側線と前記外層の側線との間に介在される、プレグラウト硬化剤及びこれを包む被膜を含むカプセルと、
を含み、
前記カプセルは、PC鋼撚り線の緊張前には破壊されず、緊張時における前記内層の側線と前記外層の側線の間の間隙の縮小に伴ってその間隙に介在する前記カプセルに働く圧縮及びせん断力によって破壊されるような強度を有する、プレグラウトPC鋼材。 - 長さ方向に対して垂直な方向における断面において芯線とその芯線の周りの側線とを有する複数の鋼線からなるPC鋼撚り線と、
前記PC鋼撚り線の外周に前記PC鋼撚り線を収納するように配されたプレグラウト層と、
前記プレグラウト層の外周を被うシースと、
前記PC鋼撚り線を構成する前記芯線と前記側線の間に介在される、プレグラウト硬化剤及びこれを包む被膜を含むカプセルと、
を含み、
前記カプセルは、PC鋼撚り線の緊張前には破壊されず、緊張時における前記芯線と前記側線との間の間隙の縮小に伴ってその間隙に介在する前記カプセルに働く圧縮及びせん断力によって破壊されるような強度を有する、プレグラウトPC鋼材。 - 前記PC鋼撚り線を構成する鋼線の間に、前記カプセルとバインダーとが介在される、
請求項1または2に記載のプレグラウトPC鋼材。 - 前記バインダーは、エポキシ樹脂からなる、請求項3に記載のプレグラウトPC鋼材。
- 請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のプレグラウトPC鋼材が有するプレグラウト層の硬化方法であって、
前記プレグラウトPC鋼材をコンクリートに埋設する工程と、
前記コンクリートに圧縮応力を与えるために前記PC鋼撚り線を緊張し、該緊張時における緊張力によって、前記カプセルの被膜を破壊して前記硬化剤を前記プレグラウト層へ流出させる工程と、
を含む、硬化方法。
