Abstract
【解決手段】複合PC鋼材A1は、その断面に弾性限が異なる異種強度の複数の高強度鋼材1と複数の低強度鋼材2を、中心部の高強度鋼材1の外周に変形拘束材のカーボランダム3を介して他の高強度鋼材1と低強度鋼材2が接し、かつ他のそれぞれの鋼材1、2が互い違いに接触し、全ての鋼材が一体となるように配置して構成されている。変形拘束材は、鋼材間の軸方向及び/又は径方向への変形を拘束する部材であり、中心部の高強度鋼材1の外周のカーボランダム3は粒子を鋼材表面に付着させ、上記他の鋼材1、2の外周を囲むように炭素繊維のシート4がさらなる変形拘束材として配置され、このシート4により鋼材1、2の全体が一体となるように結束されている。

Description
なお、セメントミルクを注入して異種強度鋼混合撚り線の廻りを固めた場合でも、コンクリートの目地もしくは、ひび割れ部分において、異種強度鋼混合撚り線の低強度鋼撚り線2’が、ケーブルの外周方向への膨らみ、座屈現象を起こすことがあるので、同様の対策を採ることが望ましい。

Claims (6)
- 弾性限が異なる異種強度の鋼材1、2を組み合わせた複合PC鋼材において、上記複合PC鋼材を構成する各鋼材1、2に各鋼材間の軸方向と径方向又は径方向のみの方向への変形を拘束する変形拘束材を設け、繰返し荷重に対し低弾性限の鋼材に、高弾性限の鋼材の伸縮と同等の塑性伸び又は塑性縮みを生じさせるように変形拘束材により両鋼材間を拘束するようにしたことを特徴とする複合PC鋼材。
- 弾性限が異なる異種強度の鋼撚り線1’、2’を組み合わせ、断面視中央の芯線を囲んでその外側に他の異種強度の鋼撚り線1’、2’を撚り合わせるように配置した複合PC鋼撚り線において、上記複合PC撚り線を構成する各鋼撚り線1’、2’に各鋼撚り線間の軸方向と径方向又は径方向のみの方向への変形を拘束する変形拘束材を設け、繰返し荷重に対し低弾性限の鋼材に、高弾性限の鋼材の伸縮と同等の塑性伸び又は塑性縮みを生じさせるように変形拘束材により両鋼撚り線1’、2’間を拘束するようにしたことを特徴とする複合PC鋼撚り線。
- 前記異種強度の鋼撚り線1’、2’の芯線をその外側の低強度鋼撚り線より弾性限の高い高強度鋼線としたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の複合PC鋼撚り線。
- 前記鋼撚り線1’、2’の芯線の外周面に炭素を含む粒状材の変形拘束材を配設したことを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の複合PC鋼撚り線。
- 前記鋼撚り線1’、2’の芯線を囲む複数の鋼撚り線1’、2’の外周に炭素を含む高弾性材料の変形拘束材を配設したことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の複合PC鋼撚り線。
- 前記鋼撚り線1’、2’の断面視外周を囲むように高弾性材料の充填材による変形拘束材を配設したことを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の複合PC鋼撚り線。
