Claims (7)
- 電気自動車のバッテリの接触に対する固定状態確認機構であって、
電極と、端子ボルトと、位置決めボルトと、センシングユニットとを備え、
前記電極は、電極スレッドと、位置決めスレッドとを備え、
前記端子ボルトは、コンダクタが前記電極と接触するように前記電極に固定され、前記端子ボルトのヘッド部は、少なくとも1つの位置決め凹部を備え、
前記位置決めボルトは、バッテリ管理ユニットの検知接点が電極に固定されるように前記位置決めスレッドにねじ止めされ、前記位置決めボルトが前記位置決めスレッドにねじ止めされている場合には、前記位置決めボルトの一部が前記位置決め凹部内に入り込み、
前記センシングユニットは、前記検知接点からの電圧信号が安定しているかどうかの評価結果に基づいて前記端子ボルトが固定状態にあるかどうかを決定するための演算処理を実行する、

- 前記位置決めボルトは絶縁体素材で構成される、請求項1に記載の電気自動車のバッテリの接触のための固定状態確認機構。
- 前記検知接点と前記位置決めボルトとの間の接触領域において非導電性コーティングが形成される、請求項1に記載の電気自動車のバッテリの接触のための固定状態確認機構。
