前記筒状横型容器の縦断面の面積Wに対する前記攪拌翼の最高到達高さ位置より下方に位置する前記縦断面の面積wの比w/Wに基づいて、前記筒状横型容器の体積に対する当該筒状横型容器内に滞留する鉄鋼原料の体積の比率である占積率S(%)を決定して、当該混合機を運転することを特徴とする鉄鋼原料の混合機の運転方法。

Claims (3)
- 固定された筒状の横型容器と、該筒状横型容器の軸心に配置された回転軸を中心として回転するひとつ以上の送り羽根と、前記筒状横型容器の軸心以外の位置に配置された回転軸を中心として回転するひとつ以上の攪拌翼と、前記筒状横型容器の上流端部側に設置された原料供給部と、前記筒状横型容器の下流端部側に設置された原料排出部とを有する混合機を運転して、鉄鋼原料を連続的に混合するに際して、
前記筒状横型容器の縦断面の面積Wに対する前記攪拌翼の最高到達高さ位置より下方に位置する前記縦断面の面積wの比w/Wと、前記筒状横型容器の体積に対する当該筒状横型容器内に滞留する鉄鋼原料の体積の比率である占積率S(%)に対して、予め、目標とする混合度に混合できる比w/Wと占積率S(%)との関係式を求めておき、前記鉄鋼原料の混合に用いる前記筒状横型容器の前記比w/Wを測定し、前記関係式と測定された比w/Wとを用いて占積率S(%)の範囲を決定し、決定した占積率S(%)を満たすように当該混合機を運転することを特徴とする鉄鋼原料の混合機の運転方法。 - 式(1)を満たすように占積率S(%)を決定して、決定した占積率S(%)を満たすように当該混合機を運転することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鉄鋼原料の混合機の運転方法。
