- 以下の条件:
(A)RebA、並びにRebD及び/又はRebMのショ糖換算のBrixの合計が3〜10である、及び
(B)(RebD及び/又はRebM)/RebAが、質量比で0.53以上である、
を満たす、0.01〜0.5w/v%の柑橘系香料またはピーチ香料を含有する果汁風味が付与された炭酸水。 - 液温20℃における炭酸ガスのガス圧が1.7kgf/cm2以上である、請求項1に記載の炭酸水。
- 柑橘系香料がレモン香料又はオレンジ香料である、請求項1又は2に記載の炭酸水。
- 柑橘系香料がレモン香料である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の炭酸水。
