Claims (7)
- 車両長手方向端部に配置されると共に車両幅方向に沿って延設される第1端梁およびその第1端梁から車両内方側に離間して配置されると共に車両幅方向に沿って延設される第2端梁を有する台枠と、前記第1端梁および第2端梁の間に配設されると共に衝突時に前記第1端梁から入力され第2端梁へ伝達されるエネルギーを吸収するエネルギー吸収部材と、を備えた鉄道車両において、
前記第1端梁から第2端梁へ向けて車両長手方向に沿って突設される突設部材と、
その突設部材を車両長手方向に沿ってスライド可能に保持すると共に前記第2端梁に形成されるスライド保持部と、
前記第1端梁および第2端梁の間を車両長手方向に沿って連結すると共に前記衝突時に受ける荷重が所定値を超えると座屈して前記第1端梁の前記第2端梁へ向けた移動を許容するヒューズ部材と、を備えることを特徴とする鉄道車両。 - 前記台枠は、前記第2端梁の車両幅方向略中央における車両内方側の面に連結され車両長手方向に沿って延設される中梁を備え、前記エネルギー吸収部材は、前記第1端梁との間に所定の間隔を隔てつつ、前記第2端梁の車両幅方向中央における車両外方側の面に連結されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の鉄道車両。
- 前記突設部材およびスライド保持部からなる組を一対備え、それら一対の組は、前記エネルギー吸収部材を挟んで車両幅方向に対称に配置されることを特徴とする請求項2記載の鉄道車両。
- 前記ヒューズ部材を一対備え、それら一対のヒューズ部材は、前記エネルギー吸収部材を挟んで車両幅方向に対称に配置されることを特徴とする請求項3記載の鉄道車両。
- 前記突設部材およびスライド保持部の組は、前記ヒューズ部材よりも車両幅方向外側に配置されることを特徴とする請求項4記載の鉄道車両。
- 前記第1端梁から立設され屋根構体に連結される一対の妻柱を備え、それら一対の妻柱に対して車両幅方向位置が少なくとも一部で重なる位置に前記一対のヒューズ部材がそれぞれ配置されることを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の鉄道車両。
- 前記スライド保持部は、前記第2端梁に車両長手方向に沿って貫通され前記突設部材が挿通される開口として形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の鉄道車両。
