Claims (5)
- 筒状に形成され軸方向の一方側に回転軸の端部が挿入される第1開口端部と該第1開口端部とは反対側の第2開口端部の内周が多角形断面となる多角形内周部を有するスリーブと、該スリーブの径方向外方側に同心に配設され軸周りに回転自在に支持されて外周面にベルトが取付けられるプーリと、前記第2開口端部を覆う蓋部と前記スリーブの内面に設けられた段差状の取付部に係合する爪部とを有するキャップ部材を有するプーリユニットであって、
前記キャップ部材は、前記蓋部から軸方向に延出して前記多角形内周部に挿嵌される環状部を有しており、
前記爪部は前記環状部から軸方向に延出して形成されており、
前記環状部の周面は、前記多角形内周部の内面と対向する第1平面部が設けられており、
前記環状部の周面は、前記第1平面部に隣接すると共に、前記第1平面部との境界から径方向内方側に屈曲することで前記多角形内周部の内面と交差する方向の位置関係に配設される第2平面部を有しており、
前記第2平面部は、該第2平面部の面から径方向外方に延出する凸部が少なくとも1つ形成されていることを特徴とするプーリユニット。 - 請求項1に記載のプーリユニットであって、
前記環状部の周面は、前記第2平面部の周方向の両端に前記第1平面部が構成されており、
前記凸部は、該第2平面部の両端の前記第1平面部上に沿って通る仮想平面の両面と、前記第2平面部と、に囲まれた部位に設けられていることを特徴とするプーリユニット。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載のプーリユニットであって、
前記環状部の径方向厚みは、前記爪部の径方向厚みより、肉厚に形成されていることを特徴とするプーリユニット。 - 請求項3に記載のプーリユニットであって、
前記キャップ部材の前記環状部と前記爪部の接続される部位は、前記爪部から前記環状部に向かって漸次径方向外方に傾斜するテーパ面が設けられていることを特徴とするプーリユニット。 - 請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載のプーリユニットを用いたオルタネータ。
