特許文献1には、試料を加熱してガスを発生させ、DARTを用いて、ガスから生成したイオンを質量分析計に導入して質量分析する質量分析方法が開示されている。
容器14としての200mLのビーカーに、液体Lとしての水100mL及び超音波振動子13を有する超音波霧化ユニットM−011(星光技研社製)を入れた後、高さが30mmになるように保持部材12を固定した。次に、キャップ付きチューブ11としての、プラスチック製の50mLの遠沈管コニカルチューブ(コーニング社製)に、試料の溶液Sとしての、グリチルリチン酸の0.67mg/mL溶液(溶媒:水/アセトニトリル=2/1(体積比))500μLを入れた。このとき、遠沈管のキャップ11aに、直径が8mmの開口部Oを形成し、内径が6mm、長さが150mmのチューブ15を通した。また、チューブ15の出口側に三方コック16を設置した(図1参照)。
グリチルリチン酸の0.67mg/mL溶液(溶媒:水/アセトニトリル=2/1(体積比))にガラス棒Rを浸し、ガラス棒Rにグリチルリチン酸を付着させた。
ガスヒーターの温度を50℃に変更した以外は、比較例1と同様にして、質量分析した。

Claims (7)
- 超音波振動子を用いて、試料を含む液体を霧化させる工程と、
該霧化した液体を移動させる工程と、
DARTイオン源を用いて、該移動した霧化した液体からイオンを生成させる工程と、
該生成したイオンを質量分析計に導入して質量分析する工程を有し、
前記霧化させる工程が、前記超音波振動子上に固定された容器に予め入れられた前記液体を霧化させることを特徴とする質量分析方法。 - 超音波振動子を用いて、試料を含む液体を霧化させる工程と、
該霧化した液体を移動させる工程と、
DARTイオン源を用いて、該移動した霧化した液体からイオンを生成させる工程と、
該生成したイオンを質量分析計に導入して質量分析する工程を有し、
前記霧化させる工程が、前記超音波振動子上に予め滴下された前記液体を霧化させることを特徴とする質量分析方法。 - 前記霧化した液体を移動させる工程が、前記霧化した液体を鉛直方向上方に向かって移動させることを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の質量分析方法。
- 超音波振動子を用いて、試料を含む液体を霧化させる霧化手段と、
該霧化した液体を移動させる移動手段と、
該移動した霧化した液体からイオンを生成させるDARTイオン源を有し、
前記霧化手段が、前記超音波振動子上に固定された容器に予め入れられた前記液体を霧化させることを特徴とするイオン生成装置。 - 超音波振動子を用いて、試料を含む液体を霧化させる霧化手段と、
該霧化した液体を移動させる移動手段と、
該移動した霧化した液体からイオンを生成させるDARTイオン源を有し、
前記霧化手段が、前記超音波振動子上に予め滴下された前記液体を霧化させることを特徴とするイオン生成装置。 - 前記移動手段が、前記霧化した液体を鉛直方向上方に向かって移動させる、請求項4又は5に記載のイオン生成装置。
- 請求項4から6のいずれか一項に記載のイオン生成装置と、質量分析計を有することを特徴とする質量分析システム。
