Claims (5)
- 駆動アセンブリ(13)および排気ターボチャージャ(14)を冷却するための高温冷却回路(11)と、
給気冷却器(19)を冷却するための低温冷却回路(12)と
を有する車両用冷却システム(10)であって、
前記高温冷却回路(11)および前記低温冷却回路(12)が連結ライン(25)を経由して連結され、前記連結ライン(25)に逆止弁(26)が接続され、ここで前記逆止弁(26)が前記高温冷却回路(11)と前記低温冷却回路(12)との間の圧力比に依存して開放または閉鎖され、
前記高温冷却回路(11)および前記低温冷却回路(12)が共通冷却水補償タンク(21)を経由して通気可能であり、
前記高温冷却回路(11)が前記冷却水補償タンク(21)を経由して通気可能であり、前記冷却水補償タンク(21)が前記高温冷却回路に接続され、
前記低温冷却回路(12)が、前記連結ライン(25)の前記逆止弁(26)が開放される定義された作動状況の場合においてのみ、前記高温冷却回路(11)中に、および前記冷却水補償タンク(21)を経由して通気可能である
前記低温冷却回路(12)が、その周りを空気が流れおよびそれを通って冷却水が流れる少なくとも1つの低温冷却器(18)と、前記低温冷却回路の前記冷却水を介して冷却可能である前記給気冷却器(19)と、低温冷却水ポンプ(20)とを含み、
前記連結ライン(25)の第1端部が前記低温冷却回路(12)の前記給気冷却器(19)と係合する
ことを特徴とする冷却システム(10)。 - 前記高温冷却回路(11)が、その周りを空気が流れおよびそれを通って冷却水が流れる少なくとも1つの高温冷却器(17)と、前記高温冷却回路(11)の前記冷却水を介して冷却可能である前記駆動アセンブリ(13)と、前記高温冷却回路(11)の前記冷却水を介して冷却可能である前記排気ターボチャージャ(14)と、高温冷却水ポンプ(15)と、排気ターボチャージャ追従ポンプ(16)とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の冷却システム。
- 前記連結ライン(25)の第2端部が前記排気ターボチャージャ追従ポンプ(16)の下流で前記高温冷却回路(11)と係合することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の冷却システム。
- 前記高温冷却水ポンプ(15)の回転速度および/または前記排気ターボチャージャ追従ポンプ(16)の回転速度が限界値を超えるときは常に、前記連結ライン(25)の前記逆止弁(26)が閉鎖されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の冷却システム。
- 前記高温冷却水ポンプ(15)の回転速度および/または前記排気ターボチャージャ追従ポンプ(16)の回転速度が限界値を下回るときは常に、前記低温冷却回路を通気するために前記連結ライン(25)の前記逆止弁(26)が開放されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の冷却システム。
