Description
図1〜図3は、本発明による壁取付け式の手乾燥機1を示す。
空気流は、遠心ブロワ9によって、手乾燥機1の外側ケーシング7の2つの吸気口13、15をから引込まれる。一方の吸気口15を図1に示し、他方の吸気口13を図2に示す。両方の吸気口13、15を図4で見ることができ、図4は、各吸気口の内面に設けられた一連のシュラウドフラップ17を示し、シュラウドフラップ17は、異物が吸気口13、15から入り込むのを防止するのを助ける。
図13に、遠心ブロワ9の分解図を示す。遠心ブロワ9は、電気モータ(図示せず)を含む駆動ユニット33と、モータの出力軸に接続される遠心ファンインペラ35と、ディフューザ37を含む。ディフューザ37は、静圧回復のための複数の旋回羽根を含むディフューザリング39と、ディフューザリング39に嵌合するディフューザキャップ41を含み、ディフューザキャップ41は、矢印で示すように、空気流をインペラ35から環状ファン出口41aを通して外に導く(図13には示していないが、使用の際に空気流がファン出口41aから離れるとき、空気流に対するある程度の残留旋回が存在する)。
使用時、ブロワ9の上流と下流の間に、すなわち、駆動ユニット33のブロワ吸気口33a(図10)と環状ファン出口41aとの間に、運動量差ΔMBlowerが存在する。このことを、図15aに概略的に示す。この運動量差ΔMBlowerに加えて、ファン出口の下流の作動容積の加圧後、吸気口33aと環状ファン出口41aの間に著しい静圧差ΔPBlowerが存在する。このことを、図15bに概略的に示す。
Claims (10)
- 空気出口から排出される空気流によってユーザの手を乾燥させる手乾燥機であって、
空気流は、モータ駆動されるファンユニットによって生成され、
前記ファンユニットは、モータバケット内に収容され、且つ、弾性支持部材によって支持され、
前記弾性支持部材は、基部と、前記ファンユニットと接触する頂点部を有し、前記基部は、前記モータバケットの壁を貫いて延びる、手乾燥機。 - 前記弾性支持部材は、エラストマー支持部材である、請求項1に記載の手乾燥機。
- 前記弾性支持部材は、円錐形状を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の手乾燥機。
- 前記モータバケットは、手乾燥機の外側ケーシング内に配置される、請求項1又は2に記載の手乾燥機。
- 複数の前記弾性支持部材が設けられ、前記ファンユニットの外側の周りに配置される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の手乾燥機。
- 前記ファンユニットは、前記ファンユニット内のファンの回転軸線に沿って延びるファン軸線を有し、前記弾性支持部材は、前記ファン軸線に対して垂直に延びるように配置される、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の手乾燥機。
- 前記弾性支持部材は、前記ファン軸線に対して半径方向に延びるように配置される、請求項6に記載の手乾燥機。
- 前記ファンユニットは、上側取付け組立体と下側取付け組立体によって支持され、前記上側取付け組立体は、前記弾性支持部材を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の手乾燥機。
- 前記下側取付け組立体は、膨らまし可能な取付け部を含み、前記膨らまし可能な取付け部は、前記ファンユニットの出口を前記空気出口に接続する少なくとも1つの膨らまし可能なダクトを有し、前記膨らまし可能なダクトは、使用時に、前記ファンユニットの出口から前記空気出口に流れる空気流によって膨らまされ、前記ファンユニットのための空気支持部を構成する、請求項8に記載の手乾燥機。
- 前記膨らまし可能な取付け部は、単一の膨らまし可能なダクトの形態をなし、前記ファンユニットは、前記膨らまし可能なダクトに着座するように配置され、前記膨らまし可能なダクトは、前記ファンユニットの下に、ダクトとファンユニットの端部同士が連結されるように配置され、空気支柱を形成する、請求項9に記載の手乾燥機。
