Claims (7)
- 可塑化シリンダの中で成形材料をスクリュの回転によって可塑化する可塑化ユニットと、
前記可塑化ユニットから供給された可塑化された前記成形材料を、射出シリンダの中でプランジャを後退させることにより計量した後に前記プランジャを前進させて射出する射出ユニットと、
前記可塑化ユニットの前記可塑化シリンダと前記射出ユニットの前記射出シリンダとを連通し、前記可塑化シリンダの中に開口する可塑化ユニット側開口が前記スクリュの軸線上に位置する連通路と、
前記可塑化シリンダの中で前記スクリュを前記軸線方向に前進後退させることにより前記可塑化ユニット側開口を閉開する逆流防止機構部とを備えてなる射出成形機において、
前記逆流防止機構部が、
前後方向に移動可能な、前記前後方向に対して斜めのかつ前記軸線方向に対して斜めの斜面を有する、先端に向かうにつれて先細となるテーパー形状の楔部と、
前記楔部を前記前後方向に移動させる駆動部と、
前記楔部の前記斜面に対向配置され、前記楔部の前進により前記斜面に押圧されて移動して、前記スクリュを前記可塑化ユニット側開口に向けて前進させる押圧部材と、
2つの前記楔部が前記スクリュの軸線を挟んで配置され、前記2つの楔部を各々の端部において接続する接続部材とを備えていることを特徴とする射出成形機。 - 混合シリンダの中で成形材料をスクリュの回転によって混合する混合ユニットと、
前記混合ユニットから供給された混合された前記成形材料を、射出シリンダの中でプランジャを後退させることにより計量した後に前記プランジャを前進させて射出する射出ユニットと、
前記混合ユニットの前記混合シリンダと前記射出ユニットの前記射出シリンダとを連通し、前記混合シリンダの中に開口する混合ユニット側開口が前記スクリュの軸線上に位置する連通路と、
前記混合シリンダの中で前記スクリュを前記軸線方向に前進後退させることにより前記混合ユニット側開口を閉開する逆流防止機構部とを備えてなる射出成形機において、
前記逆流防止機構部が、
前後方向に移動可能な、前記前後方向に対して斜めのかつ前記軸線方向に対して斜めの斜面を有する、先端に向かうにつれて先細となるテーパー形状の楔部と、
前記楔部を前記前後方向に移動させる駆動部と、
前記楔部の前記斜面に対向配置され、前記楔部の前進により前記斜面に押圧されて移動して、前記スクリュを前記混合ユニット側開口に向けて前進させる押圧部材と、
2つの前記楔部が前記スクリュの軸線を挟んで配置され、前記2つの楔部を各々の端部において接続する接続部材とを備えていることを特徴とする射出成形機。 - 可塑化シリンダの中で成形材料をスクリュの回転によって可塑化する可塑化ユニットと、
前記可塑化ユニットから供給された可塑化された前記成形材料を、射出シリンダの中でプランジャを後退させることにより計量した後に前記プランジャを前進させて射出する射出ユニットと、
前記可塑化ユニットの前記可塑化シリンダと前記射出ユニットの前記射出シリンダとを連通し、前記可塑化シリンダの中に開口する可塑化ユニット側開口が前記スクリュの軸線上に位置する連通路と、
前記可塑化シリンダの中で前記スクリュを前記軸線方向に前進後退させることにより前記可塑化ユニット側開口を閉開する逆流防止機構部とを備えてなる射出成形機において、
前記逆流防止機構部が、
前後方向に移動可能な、前記前後方向に対して斜めのかつ前記軸線方向に対して斜めの斜面を有する、先端に向かうにつれて先細となるテーパー形状の楔部と、
前記楔部を前記前後方向に移動させる駆動部と、
前記楔部の前記斜面に対向配置され、前記楔部の前進により前記斜面に押圧されて移動して、前記スクリュを前記可塑化ユニット側開口に向けて前進させる押圧部材と、
前記スクリュを前進させた状態において、該スクリュを後退方向に付勢するばね機構とを備えていることを特徴とする射出成形機。 - 混合シリンダの中で成形材料をスクリュの回転によって混合する混合ユニットと、
前記混合ユニットから供給された混合された前記成形材料を、射出シリンダの中でプランジャを後退させることにより計量した後に前記プランジャを前進させて射出する射出ユニットと、
前記混合ユニットの前記混合シリンダと前記射出ユニットの前記射出シリンダとを連通し、前記混合シリンダの中に開口する混合ユニット側開口が前記スクリュの軸線上に位置する連通路と、
前記混合シリンダの中で前記スクリュを前記軸線方向に前進後退させることにより前記混合ユニット側開口を閉開する逆流防止機構部とを備えてなる射出成形機において、
前記逆流防止機構部が、
前後方向に移動可能な、前記前後方向に対して斜めのかつ前記軸線方向に対して斜めの斜面を有する、先端に向かうにつれて先細となるテーパー形状の楔部と、
前記楔部を前記前後方向に移動させる駆動部と、
前記楔部の前記斜面に対向配置され、前記楔部の前進により前記斜面に押圧されて移動して、前記スクリュを前記混合ユニット側開口に向けて前進させる押圧部材と、
前記スクリュを前進させた状態において、該スクリュを後退方向に付勢するばね機構とを備えていることを特徴とする射出成形機。 - 前記楔部の前記前後方向が前記軸線方向に対して直交する方向である請求項1〜4いずれか1項記載の射出成形機。
- 前記楔部の前記軸線方向において対向する2つの面のうち一方が前記斜面であり他方が前記軸線方向に垂直な平面である請求項1〜5いずれか1項記載の射出成形機。
- 前記駆動部が、空圧シリンダ又は電動アクチュエータである請求項1〜6いずれか1項記載の射出成形機。
