Description
Claims (8)
- 所定軸線の周りに複数回巻かれた帯状の導体を含むコイルと、
前記コイルにおける前記所定軸線の方向の端面に溶射により形成され、表面が平坦化されているアルミナ層と、
アルミナを主体に板状に形成され、内部に冷却媒体の流路が形成された冷却プレートと、
前記アルミナ層と前記冷却プレートとを接着し、前記アルミナ層と前記冷却プレートとの熱膨張量の相違に応じて弾性変形する接着剤と、
を備えることを特徴とするコイルの冷却構造。 - 前記接着剤は、前記導体への通電時における前記弾性変形により前記アルミナ層及び前記冷却プレートから剥離せず、且つ熱抵抗が所定値よりも小さくなる厚みで形成されている請求項1に記載のコイルの冷却構造。
- 前記接着剤は、電気絶縁性である請求項1又は2に記載のコイルの冷却構造。
- 前記接着剤は、耐熱性樹脂を主成分として形成されている請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のコイルの冷却構造。
- 前記接着剤は、シリコーン樹脂を主成分とする接着剤である請求項4に記載のコイルの冷却構造。
- 前記接着剤の厚みは、5μmよりも厚く且つ30μmよりも薄く設定されている請求項5に記載のコイルの冷却構造。
- 前記接着剤は、シロキサンモノマー単位として3〜20量体からなる低分子シロキサンの合計含有量が50ppm以下である請求項5又は6に記載のコイルの冷却構造。
- 前記接着剤は、低分子シロキサン低減処理されたものである請求項7に記載のコイルの冷却構造。
