Description
請求項2に係る発明は、前記投光部、及び前記受光部の組を複数設け、前記複数の組の全てにおいて前記投光部から前記受光部に到る光路を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工作機械である。
ここでは、光学技術を用いて、固定式保護カバーの取付状態と可動式保護カバーの取付状態を同時に、かつ簡易に検出する本発明に係る工作機械の実施形態を説明する。
1)取り外し可能な固定式保護カバー2a,2bが、本来取り付けられているべき位置に取り付けられていること
2)可動式保護カバー3が、完全に閉じていること
上記1)と2)の条件が満たされたとき、投光部4から出射された光線は、反射板6aから反射板6b、反射板6bから反射板6c、反射板6cから受光部5に至る光路が形成される。

Claims (3)
- 取り外し不能な固定式保護カバーと、取り外し可能な固定式保護カバーと、可動式保護カバーと、を備えた工作機械において、
前記取り外し不能な固定式保護カバーに取り付けられた一対の投光部及び受光部と、
前記取り外し可能な固定式保護カバー、及び前記可動式保護カバーにそれぞれ取り付けられた反射板と、
を有し、
前記投光部、前記受光部、及び各保護カバーにそれぞれ取り付けられた前記反射板は、前記取り外し可能な固定式保護カバーが全て本来取り付けられているべき位置に取り付けられており、かつ、前記可動式保護カバーが閉じられている状態でのみ、前記投光部から前記受光部に到る光路を形成する、位置関係にあることを特徴とする工作機械。 - 前記投光部、及び前記受光部の組を複数設け、前記複数の組の全てにおいて前記投光部から前記受光部に到る光路を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工作機械。
- 複数の前記受光部を備え、前記投光部から分離して複数の方向に光を出射し、異なる光路を通って、複数の前記各受光部に至ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工作機械。
