Description
本発明の一態様の内視鏡は、先端及び基端を有し、先端側から体内に挿入される挿入部と、前記挿入部の先端側に設けられた対物レンズと、体外に設けられた第1の吸引装置に接続され、前記挿入部の先端側に設けられた吸引口を介して前記体内の前記対物レンズの観察視野を阻害する要因となる異物を体外へ流通させる第1の管路と、前記第1の管路の中途部に設けられ、前記第1の管路を開放状態または閉塞状態のいずれか一方の状態に切り替える弁と、体外に設けられた第2の吸引装置に接続され、前記第1の管路の中途部のうちの前記弁を経由しない部分から分岐して形成されているとともに、前記体内の生体組織に対して外科的処置を施す焼灼装置が前記体内の生体組織にエネルギーを印加しているときに、前記対物レンズの観察視野を阻害する要因となる、前記焼灼装置による外科的処置が施された生体組織に由来する固体粒子成分を含む気体を体外へ流通させる第2の管路と、を有する。
Claims (5)
- 先端及び基端を有し、先端側から体内に挿入される挿入部と、
前記挿入部の先端側に設けられた対物レンズと、
前記挿入部の先端側に設けられた吸引口を介して前記体内の前記対物レンズの観察視野を阻害する要因となる異物を体外へ流通させる第1の管路と、
前記第1の管路の中途部に設けられ、前記第1の管路を開放状態または閉塞状態のいずれか一方の状態に切り替える弁と、
前記第1の管路の中途部のうちの前記弁を経由しない部分から分岐した管路として形成されているとともに、前記体内の前記異物のうちの固体粒子成分を含む流体を体外へ流通させる第2の管路と、
を具備する内視鏡と、
前記体内の生体組織に対してエネルギーを印加することにより、前記体内の生体組織に対して外科的処置を施す焼灼装置と、
前記内視鏡の外部に設けられ、前記第1の管路が開放状態である場合に、前記弁を経由して前記体内の前記異物を吸引する第1の吸引装置と、
前記内視鏡の外部に設けられ、前記焼灼装置から前記体内の生体組織に対してエネルギーが印加されているときに、前記第2の管路を経由し、前記対物レンズの観察視野を阻害する要因となる、前記焼灼装置による外科的処置が施された生体組織に由来する固体粒子成分を含む気体を吸引する第2の吸引装置と、
を有することを特徴とする内視鏡システム。 - 前記内視鏡に設けられ、前記第1の管路とは異なる別体の管路として形成されているとともに、前記内視鏡の外部から供給される気体を流通させて前記挿入部の先端側から吐出する第3の管路と、
前記内視鏡の外部に設けられ、前記第3の管路に対して気体を供給するための送気動作を行う送気装置と、
をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡システム。 - 前記送気装置は、前記焼灼装置から前記体内の生体組織に対してエネルギーが印加されているときに、前記送気動作を行う
ことを特徴とする請求項2記載の内視鏡システム。 - 前記送気装置は、前記第2の管路の内圧が所定値未満であることを検知した際に、前記送気動作を行う
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の内視鏡システム。 - 先端及び基端を有し、先端側から体内に挿入される挿入部と、
前記挿入部の先端側に設けられた対物レンズと、
体外に設けられた第1の吸引装置に接続され、前記挿入部の先端側に設けられた吸引口を介して前記体内の前記対物レンズの観察視野を阻害する要因となる異物を体外へ流通させる第1の管路と、
前記第1の管路の中途部に設けられ、前記第1の管路を開放状態または閉塞状態のいずれか一方の状態に切り替える弁と、
体外に設けられた第2の吸引装置に接続され、前記第1の管路の中途部のうちの前記弁を経由しない部分から分岐して形成されているとともに、前記体内の生体組織に対して外科的処置を施す焼灼装置が前記体内の生体組織にエネルギーを印加しているときに、前記対物レンズの観察視野を阻害する要因となる、前記焼灼装置による外科的処置が施された前記体内の生体組織に由来する固体粒子成分を含む気体を体外へ流通させる第2の管路と、
を有することを特徴とする内視鏡。
