Description
Claims (11)
- プラグコネクタを保護するためのプラグコネクタハウジング(1,100,200)であって、
・ケーブルグランド(30)を接続させるための予め調整された少なくとも1つのケーブルアウトレット(2,22,102,202)と、
・前記少なくとも1つのケーブルアウトレット(2,22,102,202)を閉鎖するための少なくとも1つのクロージャ(4,24,104,204)と
を含み、
前記少なくとも1つのケーブルアウトレット(2,22,102,202)は、スクリュー通路(5,25,105,205)を形成しているねじ(3,23,103,203)を有し、
前記プラグコネクタハウジング(1,100,200)は、前記クロージャ(4,24,104,204)との移行部において、目標破壊箇所(8,28,108,208)を有し、
前記プラグコネクタハウジング(1,100,200)は、前記目標破壊箇所(8,28,108,208)において、前記プラグコネクタハウジング(1,100,200)の壁厚さの3%から25%に相当する厚さを有し、
前記プラグコネクタハウジング(1,100,200)は、中空空間の内部(7,107,207)を画定するプラグコネクタハウジング壁(6,106,206)を有し、
前記クロージャ(4,24、104,204)は、前記プラグコネクタハウジング(1,100,200)の内部(7,107,207)に面した内側(9,109,209)と、前記内側(9,109,209)の反対側に位置する外側(10,110,210)とを有し、
前記クロージャ(4,24,104,204)の前記外側(10,110,210)の一部は、前記スクリュー通路(5,25,105,205)内に突出しており、かつ、前記クロージャ(4,24,104,204)の前記外側(10,110,210)の一部は、前記スクリュー通路(5,25,105,205)内に突出するフランジ(11,27,111,211)を形成しており、
前記フランジ(11,27,111,211)は、第1側(160,260)と、前記第1側(160,260)の反対側に位置する第2側(161,261)とを有し、
前記フランジ(11,27,111,211)は、前記第1側(160,260)では、前記第2側(161,261)よりも奥まで前記スクリュー通路(105,205)内に突出しており、かつ、
前記ケーブルグランド(30)が前記第2側(161,261)に到達すると、前記クロージャ(4,24,104,204)が前記プラグコネクタハウジング壁(6,106,206)から完全に壊し開けられることを特徴とするプラグコネクタハウジング(1,100,200)。 - 前記クロージャ(4,24,104,204)は、前記プラグコネクタハウジング(1,100,200)に一体化した構成部材であり、及び/又は、前記プラグコネクタハウジング(1,100,200)に成形されている、請求項1記載のプラグコネクタハウジング(1,100,200)。
- 前記クロージャ(4,24,104,204)は、前記プラグコネクタハウジング(1,100,200)の前記スクリュー通路(5,25,105,205)に前記ケーブルグランド(30)をねじ込むことによって壊し開けることができる、請求項1又は2記載のプラグコネクタハウジング(1,100,200)。
- 前記目標破壊箇所(8,28,108,208)は、ほぼ円環形に形成されており、前記少なくとも1つのケーブルアウトレット(2,22,102,202)の前記ねじ(3,23,103,203)の軸方向延長部にほぼ位置している、請求項1から3のいずれか1項記載のプラグコネクタハウジング(1,100,200)。
- 前記ケーブルアウトレット(2,22,102,202)は、前記クロージャ(4,24,104,204)によって防塵及び防水に密閉されている、請求項1から4のいずれか1項記載のプラグコネクタハウジング(1,100,200)。
- 前記クロージャ(4,24,104,204)は、前記ケーブルグランド(30)を回し入れることによって付加的な工具を使わずに壊し開けることができる、請求項1から5のいずれか1項記載のプラグコネクタハウジング(1,100,200)。
- 前記クロージャ(4,24,104,204)が壊し開けられた後、前記目標破壊箇所(8,28,108,208)は、前記ケーブルグランド(30)によって覆われている、請求項1から6のいずれか1項記載のプラグコネクタハウジング(1,100,200)。
- 前記フランジ(11,27,111,211)は、半径方向に形成された縁部を有し、及び/又は、
前記フランジ(11,27,111,211)の外側縁部は、前記スクリュー通路(5,25,105,205)内に該スクリュー通路(5,25,105,205)の20%から50%進入している、請求項1から7のいずれか1項記載のプラグコネクタハウジング(1,100,200)。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか1項記載のプラグコネクタハウジング(1,100,200)のケーブルアウトレット(2,22,102,202)を開放する方法であって、
ケーブルグランド(30)のケーブルグランドねじ(31)を用いて、前記ケーブルアウトレット(2,22,102,202)のねじ(3,23,103,203)内において、前記ケーブルグランド(30)をクロージャ(4,24,104,204)のフランジ(11,27,111,211)に向かって押し付け、目標破壊箇所(8,28,108,208)において前記プラグコネクタハウジング(1,100,200)から前記クロージャ(4,24,104,204)を解離させ、前記ケーブルアウトレット(2,22,102,202)を開放する、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記ケーブルアウトレット(2,22,102,202)を、付加的な工具を使わずに開放する、請求項9記載の方法。
- 製造後、少なくとも1つのケーブルアウトレット(2,22,102,202)を、クロージャ(4,24,104,204)によって防塵及び防水に密閉する、請求項1から8のいずれか1項記載のプラグコネクタハウジング(1,100,200)の製造方法。
