Claims (2)
- 内側回転カムシャフト(12a)と外側回転カムシャフト(12b)とを含む同心カムシャフト(12)に接続された回転軸線を有するロータ(36)を少なくとも部分的に囲むハウジング(28、30、32)を有するカム位相器(22)を含む自動車の内燃機関の少なくとも1つのポペット型弁を操作するための可変カムタイミング組立体(10)であって、
回転トルクを前記カム位相器(22)と前記同心カムシャフト(12)の前記内側回転カムシャフト及び前記外側回転カムシャフト(12a、12b)の少なくとも一方との間で伝達するために、両者の間に接続された可撓性継手(14)を備え、前記可撓性継手(14)が、前記カム位相器(22)と前記同心カムシャフト(12)との間のねじれ剛性結合を維持しつつ、軸方向に直角な方向及び軸方向の不整列に対する調整を許容する単一の一体成形の可撓性本体(14b)を有し、
前記単一の一体成形の可撓性本体(14b)は、少なくとも1つの第1の接続点を画定する第1の半径方向距離で接続可能であるとともに、少なくとも1つの第2の接続点を画定する第2の半径方向距離で接続可能であるモノリシックな部材であり、 前記少なくとも1つの第1の接続点及び第2の接続点は、複数の第1の接続点及び第2の接続点を含み、前記複数の第1の接続点は、互いに角度を付けてアーチ状の等間隔を空けて配置され、前記複数の第2の接続点は、互いに角度を付けてアーチ状の等間隔を空けて配置される一方、前記第1の接続点及び第2の接続点は、隣接する前記第1の接続点及び第2の接続点に関して、角度を付けてアーチ状の等しくない間隔を空けて配置され、
前記第1の接続点は、前記外側カムシャフト(12b)と関連付けられた駆動回転部材(15b)に対して接続され、
前記第2の接続点は、前記内側カムシャフト(12a)と関連付けられた被駆動回転部材(15a)に対して接続される
可変カムタイミング組立体(10)。 - 前記第1の半径方向距離は、前記第2の半径方向距離に実質的に等しい、請求項1に記載の可変カムタイミング組立体(10)。
