Claims (7)
- 消火用具に使用する消火剤の製造方法であって、
50℃〜70℃の水に塩化アンモニウム(A)とリン酸水素二アンモニウム(B)を加えて溶解する工程と、重炭酸ナトリウム(C)を加えて溶解する工程と、を有し、
前記消火剤に含まれる水分570重量部に対して、塩化アンモニウム(A)が20重量部〜30重量部、リン酸水素二アンモニウム(B)が75重量部〜90重量部、重炭酸ナトリウム(C)が75重量部〜90重量部である消火剤の製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の消火剤の製造方法であって、
最初に570重量部より少ない所定量の水に(A)、(B)および(C)の各成分を溶解させ、全ての成分を溶解させた後に各成分の成分量に対して消火剤に含まれる水分が570重量部になるまで水分を加える工程を備えた消火剤の製造方法。 - 消火用具に使用する消火剤の製造方法であって、
50℃〜70℃の水に塩化アンモニウム(A)を加えて溶解する工程と、リン酸水素二アンモニウム(B)を加えて溶解する工程と、重炭酸ナトリウム(C)を加えて溶解する工程と、尿素(D)を加えて溶解する工程と、硫酸アンモニウム(E)を加えて溶解する工程と、ケイ酸ナトリウム(F)を加えて溶解する工程と、を有し、
前記消火剤に含まれる水分570重量部に対して、塩化アンモニウム(A)が20重量部〜30重量部、リン酸水素二アンモニウム(B)が75重量部〜90重量部、重炭酸ナトリウム(C)が75重量部〜90重量部、尿素(D)が10重量部〜15重量部、硫酸アンモニウム(E)が55重量部〜70重量部、ケイ酸ナトリウム(F)が10重量部〜20重量部である消火剤の製造方法。 - 請求項3に記載の消火剤の製造方法であって、
最初に570重量部より少ない所定量の水に(A)、(B)、(C)、(D),(E)および(F)の各成分を溶解させ、全ての成分を溶解させた後に各成分の成分量に対して消火剤に含まれる水分が570重量部になるまで水分を加える工程を備えた消火剤の製造方法。 - 請求項1乃至請求項4の何れか一項に記載の消火剤の製造方法であって、
更に水成膜消火剤を加える工程を備えた消火剤の製造方法。 - 水570重量部に対して、塩化アンモニウムを20重量部〜30重量部と、リン酸水素二アンモニウムを75重量部〜90重量部と、重炭酸ナトリウムを75重量部〜90重量部と、を含む消火剤。
- 水570重量部に対して、塩化アンモニウムを20重量部〜30重量部と、リン酸水素二アンモニウムを75重量部〜90重量部と、重炭酸ナトリウムを75重量部〜90重量部と、尿素を10重量部〜15重量部と、硫酸アンモニウムを55重量部〜70重量部と、ケイ酸ナトリウムを10重量部〜20重量部と、を含む消火剤。
