Claims (5)
- 反射型格子と、前記反射型格子と向き合うと共に発熱体によって昇温する素子とを有し、
前記素子は平面視したときの前記発熱体の中心部に開口が形成されている
ことを特徴とする赤外光源。 - 前記反射型格子は、平面状反射型格子で構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の赤外光源。 - 前記反射型格子の基板平面と、前記素子の前記開口近傍における平面とが、互いに平行に配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の赤外光源。 - 前記発熱体は、微細加工技術によって製作されたマイクロヒータである
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の赤外光源。 - 前記素子は、真空パッケージされている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の赤外光源。
