Claims (5)
- 複数の油圧係合装置(41)を備えて駆動源からの駆動力を変速して出力する自動変速機が、車輪に接続するパーキングギヤ(12)の回転を拘束可能な油圧アクチュエータ(25)と、前記油圧アクチュエータ(25)の作動を制御する油圧回路(31)とを備える車両用パーキングロック装置であって、
前記油圧回路(31)は、
前記油圧アクチュエータ(25)をパーキングロック解除位置に駆動すべく該油圧アクチュエータ(25)の一端のアンロック用油室(30B)に油圧供給源からライン圧を供給するノーマルオープン型の第1ソレノイドバルブ(32D)と、
前記ライン圧により蓄圧されるアキュムレータ(37,38)と、
前記油圧アクチュエータ(25)をパーキングロック作動位置に駆動すべく該油圧アクチュエータ(25)の他端のロック用油室(29B)に前記アキュムレータ(37,38)から油圧を供給するノーマルオープン型の第2ソレノイドバルブ(32B)と、
前記油圧供給源および前記アキュムレータ(37,38)に接続されて前記ライン圧を調圧するリニアソレノイドバルブ(42)と、
前記リニアソレノイドバルブ(42)を前記複数の油圧係合装置(41)の何れかに、あるいはドレン油路(L7)に選択的に接続する切換バルブ(43)とを備え、
切換バルブ(43)は前記第1ソレノイドバルブ(32D)により作動することを特徴とする車両用パーキングロック装置。 - 前記アキュムレータ(37,38)は二つのアキュムレータ(37,38)からなり、そのうち一つのアキュムレータ(38)の背室(38b)に前記アンロック用油室(30B)を接続したことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の車両用パーキングロック装置。
- 運転者がパーキングロック解除操作を行った後に前記駆動源を停止したときに、前記リニアソレノイドバルブ(42)を開弁するとともに、前記第1ソレノイドバルブ(32D)で前記切換バルブ(43)を作動させて前記リニアソレノイドバルブ(42)を前記ドレン油路(L7)に接続することを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の車両用パーキングロック装置。
- 前記駆動源はアイドリングストップ制御されるエンジンであり、前記アキュムレータ(37,38)および前記リニアソレノイドバルブ(42)間に配置された第3ソレノイドバルブ(32E)を備え、
前記第3ソレノイドバルブ(32E)は、アイドリングストップ制御が実行されたときと、運転者が前記駆動源を停止した後にパーキングロック解除操作を行ったときとに、前記アキュムレータ(37,38)を前記リニアソレノイドバルブ(42)に接続することを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1項に記載の車両用パーキングロック装置。 - 運転者がパーキングロック解除操作を行った後に前記駆動源を停止したときには、前記第3ソレノイドバルブ(32E)および前記リニアソレノイドバルブ(42)を開弁し、前記第1ソレノイドバルブ(32D)を所定時間間隔で開閉することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の車両用パーキングロック装置。
