Claims (3)
- 内部にスペース部(1)が設けられ、前面に液晶パネル(3)が取り付けられたケース(5)と、
前記ケース(5)の下面を貫通しており、光を発生するLEDモジュール(7)から伝わってきた熱を吸収して外部へ発散するヒートシンクシャシー(9)が取り付けられるヒートシンクシャシー取付ホール(11)と、
前記ケース(5)のスペース部(1)の下側に水平方向に置かれ、一端において、垂直方向に立てられており、一側面において、ケース(5)の内側面と当接し、他側面において、光を発生するLEDモジュール(7)が取り付けられるLEDモジュール取付材(13)が設けられ、下面に、LEDモジュール取付材(13)を通して伝わってきたLEDモジュール(7)の熱を外部へ発散するヒートシンクシャシー(9)が設けられ、LEDモジュール(7)から発生した熱を、ケース(5)を通して外部へ放出するベースシャシー(15)と、
前記ベースシャシー(15)に載せられ、LEDモジュール(7)より発生した光を液晶パネル(3)の全領域にわたって均一に分布させる導光板(17)と、
前記導光板(17)の上に積層された状態において導光板(17)の表面より出てくる光を散乱させて導光板(17)の表面全体にわたって万遍なく拡げつつ光を屈折及び集光して輝度を上昇させる光学シート部材(19)と、
前記ベースシャシー(15)の上面において該ベースシャシー(15)の上方向に向けて突出するように複数形成され、前記導光板(17)と接触する上部突出部(21)と、を含み、
前記上部突出部(21)のうち前記ベースシャシー(15)の外郭側に配置されたもの(21a,21b)の高さが、前記上部突出部(21)のうち前記ベースシャシー(15)の内郭側に配置されたもの(21c,21d)の高さより高いことを特徴とする液晶表示パネルの放熱ケース。 - 前記ベースシャシー(15)とケース(5)のスペース部(1)の下面との間には、ベースシャシー(15)の熱をケース(5)へ伝える熱伝導シート(23)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示パネルの放熱ケース。
- 前記上部突出部(21)と向き合うベースシャシー(15)の下面には、ベースシャシー(15)の内側に向けて凹むように形成され、熱伝達の面積を大きくすることにより、ベースシャシー(15)へ伝わったLEDモジュール(7)からの熱を効果的に放出する下部凹み部(25)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示パネルの放熱ケース。
