Claims (2)
- 上半軸受と下半軸受からなるすべり軸受け装置であって、
前記上半軸受と前記下半軸受は、それぞれ軸受台金の内周側に低強度金属が形成されており、
前記下半軸受は、回転方向下流側の前記上半軸受との合わせ面に開口する給油口と、軸受幅方向中央で周方向に設けられた周方向溝を備え、
前記上半軸受は、前記下半軸受の前記周方向溝の回転方向下流側出口と対向する前記上半軸受の回転方向上流側の領域にある前記上半軸受の前記低強度金属を部分的に除去し、前記軸受台金を部分的に露出させたことを特徴とすることを特徴とするすべり軸受装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記低強度金属を部分的に除去した箇所に前記低強度金属よりも高強度の金属シールドを形成したことを特徴とするすべり軸受け装置。
