Claims (9)
- 複数の導電路を複数の電気的接点(2)と電気的に接続する接続装置(1)であって、
前記接続装置(1)は、可撓性プリント基板(3)、基本支持体(4)およびカバー(5)を含んでおり、
前記複数の導電路は、前記可撓性プリント基板(3)に配設されており、
前記可撓性プリント基板(3)は、コンタクト領域(11)を有しており、該コンタクト領域(11)では少なくとも1つの導電路が少なくとも1つの電気的接点(2)と接続されており、
前記複数の電気的接点(2)は、前記基本支持体(4)に配設されており、
前記可撓性プリント基板(3)は、前記基本支持体(4)と前記カバー(5)との間に配設され、前記基本支持体(4)と前記カバー(5)は、前記コンタクト領域(11)の密封されたハウジングを形成しており、
前記可撓性プリント基板(3)は、接続領域(10)を有しており、該接続領域(10)は、前記基本支持体(4)および前記カバー(5)と、それぞれ積層または接着または溶接によって接続され、かつ前記コンタクト領域(11)を取り囲んでいる
ことを特徴とする接続装置(1)。 - 前記可撓性プリント基板(3)は、スリット状の開口部(12)を有しており、該スリット状の開口部(12)は、前記接続領域(10)によって取り囲まれている、請求項1記載の接続装置(1)。
- 前記スリット状の開口部(12)は、前記コンタクト領域(11)の外部に配設されている、請求項2記載の接続装置(1)。
- 前記複数の電気的接点(2)は、金属製端子ピンまたは打ち抜き格子として形成されている、請求項1から3いずれか1項記載の接続装置(1)。
- 前記カバー(5)は、プラスチック、鋼、金属、金属合金または薄板から製造されている、請求項1から4いずれか1項記載の接続装置(1)。
- 前記基本支持体(4)は、プラスチックから製造されている、請求項1から5いずれか1項記載の接続装置(1)。
- 少なくとも1つの前記導電路は、少なくとも1つの前記電気的接点(2)と、はんだ付けおよび/または接着および/または溶接および/または圧入によって接続されている、請求項1から6いずれか1項記載の接続装置(1)。
- 前記可撓性プリント基板(3)は、外部領域(9)を有しており、該外部領域(9)は、前記基本支持体(4)と前記カバー(5)とによって形成される、前記コンタクト領域(11)のハウジングの外部に配設されており、前記外部領域(9)を用いて少なくとも1つの前記導電路が当該ハウジングから引き出されている、請求項1から7いずれか1項記載の接続装置(1)。
- 前記可撓性プリント基板(3)は、前記複数の導電路と電子回路とを装着している、請求項1から8いずれか1項記載の接続装置(1)。
