Description
少なくとも一種の第1アミノ酸を含み、前記遊離アミノ酸総量に対して前記第1アミノ酸の遊離アミノ酸を総量で10mol%以上含有しており、ペプチドおよびタンパク質のうちいずれか一方を基体として含み、該基体の表面に少なくとも前記第1アミノ酸の遊離アミノ酸が担持されているものである。
、溶液中において、前記第1アミノ酸の少なくとも一部が遊離アミノ酸として存在し、かつ前記遊離アミノ酸総量に対して前記第1アミノ酸の遊離アミノ酸を総量で10mol%以上含有しており、ペプチドおよびタンパク質のうちいずれか一方を基体として含み、該基体の表面に少なくとも前記第1アミノ酸の遊離アミノ酸が担持されている固形物である。
金属化合物の回収方法の第1の実施形態として、図1に基づいて、超硬合金スクラップから酸化タングステンを回収する方法について具体的に説明する。なおモリブデン(酸化モリブデン)についても同様な方法が適用できる。超硬合金スクラップとは、金属タングステンや炭化タングステン(WC)等を主成分とする超硬合金からなる。超硬工具等の製造工程において生じるスクラップ、使用済み工具などのハードスクラップ、研削スラッジなどの粉状のソフトスクラップ等が挙げられる。
次に、本実施形態の金属化合物の回収方法の第2の実施形態として、図2に基づいて、超硬合金スクラップから酸化タングステンを回収する方法について具体的に説明する。なおモリブデン(酸化モリブデン)についても同様な方法が適用できる。
Claims (18)
- 遊離アミノ酸を含み、該遊離アミノ酸として、リシン(Lysine)、グルタミン酸(Glutamic acid)及びアルギニン(Arginine)のうちの少なくとも一種の第1アミノ酸を含み、前記遊離アミノ酸総量に対して前記第1アミノ酸の遊離アミノ酸を総量で10mol%以上含有しており、
ペプチドおよびタンパク質のうちいずれか一方を基体として含み、該基体の表面に少なくとも前記第1アミノ酸の遊離アミノ酸が担持されているタングステン化合物吸着剤。 - リシン(Lysine)、グルタミン酸(Glutamic acid)、アルギニン(Arginine)のうちの少な
くとも一種の第1アミノ酸を含み、溶液中において、前記第1アミノ酸の少なくとも一部が遊離アミノ酸として存在し、かつ遊離アミノ酸総量に対して前記第1アミノ酸の遊離アミノ酸を総量で10mol%以上含有しており、
ペプチドおよびタンパク質のうちいずれか一方を基体として含み、該基体の表面に少なくとも前記第1アミノ酸の遊離アミノ酸が担持されている固形物である、タングステン化合物吸着剤。 - 前記溶液はアルカリ溶液である請求項2に記載のタングステン化合物吸着剤。
- 溶液中で陰イオンとなるタングステン化合物を吸着することができる請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のタングステン化合物吸着剤。
- タングステン化合物吸着剤を乾燥して得られた固形物の総量に対して、前記第1アミノ酸の遊離アミノ酸を総量で0.5質量%以上含有する請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のタングステン化合物吸着剤。
- 前記遊離アミノ酸の総量を100mol%としたとき、リシン及びグルタミン酸を総量で10mol%以上含有する請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載のタングステン化合物吸着剤。
- 前記第1アミノ酸の塩からなる請求項2乃至4のいずれかに記載のタングステン化合物吸着剤。
- 粉末状である請求項7記載のタングステン化合物吸着剤。
- 前記タングステン化合物吸着剤中に存在する前記リシンの塩および前記アルギニンの塩の含有量の総量が90質量%以上である請求項7または8に記載のタングステン化合物吸着剤。
- 前記タングステン化合物吸着剤中に存在する前記グルタミン酸の塩の含有量が90質量%以上である請求項7または8に記載のタングステン化合物吸着剤。
- 溶液中で陰イオンとなるタングステン化合物のタングステン化合物イオンが溶解したタングステン化合物溶液を得る工程と、
前記タングステン化合物溶液に請求項1乃至10のいずれかに記載のタングステン化合物吸着剤を添加し、前記タングステン化合物溶液をpH7未満に調整して、前記タングステン化合物吸着剤に前記タングステン化合物イオンを吸着させる吸着工程と、
前記タングステン化合物イオンを吸着した前記タングステン化合物吸着剤を回収する工程と、を有するタングステン化合物の回収方法。 - 前記タングステン化合物吸着剤が前記第1アミノ酸の塩からなる請求項11に記載のタングステン化合物の回収方法。
- 前記リシンの塩および前記アルギニンの塩の合計添加量が、前記タングステン化合物溶液中の金属成分1molに対して、0.2〜1.1molである請求項12記載のタングステン化合物の回収方法。
- 前記リシンの塩および前記アルギニンの塩の合計添加量が、前記タングステン化合物溶液に対して、10〜300g/lである請求項13記載のタングステン化合物の回収方法。
- 前記グルタミン酸の塩を含むアミノ酸の塩の合計添加量が、前記タングステン化合物溶液中の金属成分1molに対して、0.2〜1.1molである請求項14記載のタングステン化合物の回収方法。
- 前記グルタミン酸の塩を含むアミノ酸の塩の合計添加量が、前記タングステン化合物溶液に対して、10〜300g/lである請求項15記載のタングステン化合物の回収方法。
- 前記吸着工程において、前記タングステン化合物溶液をpH1〜3に調整する請求項11乃至16のいずれかに記載のタングステン化合物の回収方法。
- 前記吸着工程における吸着時間が1時間以内である請求項11乃至17のいずれかに記載のタングステン化合物の回収方法。
