Description
まず、WC−Co超硬合金を溶解するために用いられる本発明に係る溶融塩浴の実施の形態を説明する。
〔WC−Co超硬合金の溶解方法、タングステン及びコバルトの回収方法〕
次に、上述した本発明に係る上述したいずれかの溶解塩浴を用いてWC−Co超硬合金を溶解し、WC−Co超硬合金からタングステンとコバルトを分離回収する方法について説明する。
〔実験例〕
次に、下記の表1に示す各実験例に示すとおりの組成とした溶融塩浴を用意し、これら溶融塩浴の溶解温度を変化させ、各溶融塩浴中に浸漬したWC−Co超硬合金の溶解量を測定した。
〔タングステン、コバルトの分離回収の実施例〕
次に、上述した溶融塩浴を用いて溶解したWC−Co超硬合金から純粋なタングステンとコバルトを回収する具体的な実施例を説明する。以下の説明では、上述した実験例8に示す溶融塩浴により溶解したWC−Co超硬合金から純粋なタングステンとコバルトを回収した例を挙げて説明する。
Claims (12)
- WC−Co超硬合金を溶解するための溶融塩浴であって、
アルカリ塩化物MCl(M=Li,Na,K)の群から選択されるアルカリ塩化物を1mol%以上含有し、アルカリ硝酸塩NNO 3 (N=Na,K)の群から選択されるアルカリ硝酸塩を99mol%以下含有していることを特徴とするWC−Co超硬合金溶解用の溶融塩浴。 - 前記アルカリ塩化物は、前記アルカリ塩化物MCl(M=Li,Na,K)の群から2種以上選択され、前記アルカリ塩化物は、前記アルカリ硝酸塩NNO 3 (N=Na,K)の群から1種以上選択されていることを特徴とする 請求項1記載のWC−Co超硬合金溶解用の溶融塩浴。
- 前記アルカリ塩化物を1〜81mol%以上含有し、前記アルカリ硝酸塩を99〜19mol%以下含有してことを特徴とする請求項1記載のWC−Co超硬合金溶解用の溶融塩浴。
- 前記アルカリ塩化物は、MCl(M=Li,Na,K)の群から選択される2種以上とCsClとからなることを特徴とする請求項1記載のWC−Co超硬合金溶解用の溶融塩浴。
- 前記NNO3(N=Na,K)の群から選択される少なくと1種以上のアルカリ硝酸塩の一部をCsNO3 で置換したことを特徴とする請求項1記載のWC−Co超硬合金溶解用の溶融塩浴。
- 前記MCl(M=Li,Na,K)の群から選択される2種以上のアルカリ塩化物の一部を、MF(M=Li,K,Cs)の群から選択される1種以上のフッ化物で置換してなることを特徴とする請求項1記載のWC−Co超硬合金溶解用の溶融塩浴。
- 前記NNO3(N=Na,K)の群から選択される1種以上のアルカリ硝酸塩の一部をNa2SO4で置換したことを特徴とする請求項1記載のWC−Co超硬合金溶解用の溶融塩浴。
- 前記NNO3(N=Na,K)の群から選択された1種以上のアルカリ硝酸塩の一部を、1mol%以下のCsNO 3 と5mol%以下のNa 2 SO 4 で置換したことを特徴とする請求項6記載のWC−Co超硬合金溶解用の溶融塩浴。
- 前記請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載され溶融塩浴にWC−Co超硬合金を浸漬し、上記WC−Co超硬合金を浸漬した溶融塩浴を773〜973Kまで昇温し、上記昇温した状態を一定時間保持して上記溶融塩浴中にWC−Co超硬合金を溶解し、
次いで、上記WC−Co超硬合金が溶解した上記溶融塩浴を凝固して凝固塩を生成し、その後、上記凝固塩に加水して生成された水溶液を濾過し、上記水溶液中から、上記WC−Co超硬合金が溶解して析出されたタングステン由来のタングステン錯塩と、コバルト由来のコバルト酸化物を分離回収することを特徴とするタングステンとコバルトの分離回収方法。 - 前記請求項9記載の方法で分離回収されたタングステン錯塩が溶解された水溶液中のタングステン酸イオン(WO 4 2− )イオンをイオン交換樹脂に吸着し、このタングステン酸イオン(WO 4 2− )イオンを吸着したイオン交換樹脂を含む水溶液に塩化アンモニウム(NH 4 Cl)を加え、タングステン酸アンモニウムを生成し、このタングステン酸アンモニウムを熱分解してWO 3 を生成し、このWO 3 を水素熱還元してタングステンを回収する方法。
- 前記請求項9記載の方法で分離回収された前記タングステン由来のタングステン錯塩にCaCl 2 を加えてCaWO 4 を析出し、このCaWO 4 を沸騰塩酸に浸漬してH 2 WO 4 を析出し、このH 2 WO 4 をアンモニア水に浸漬してAPT(パラタングステン酸アンモニウム(NH 4 ) 10 (H 2 W 12 O 42 ))を生成し、次いで、上記APTを熱分解してWO 3 を生成し、このWO 3 を水素熱還元してタングステンを回収する方法。
- 前記請求項9記載の方法で分離回収されたコバルト酸化物を、水素熱還元してコバルトを回収する方法。
