Description
セルロースを含有した第1の層と;
セルロースを含有した第2の層と;
前記第1の層と第2の層の間に配置されていてマイクロ寸法および/またはナノ寸法のセルロースを含有した中間層を備えてなる、
高電圧領域における電気部品の電気絶縁用の絶縁要素、特に平板型の絶縁要素が提供される。
セルロースを含有した第1の層と;
セルロースを含有した第2の層と;
前記第1の層と第2の層の間に配置されていてマイクロ寸法および/またはナノ寸法のセルロースを含有した中間層を備えてなる、
電気部品の電気絶縁のための絶縁要素の適用が提供される。

Claims (17)
- セルロースを含有した第1の層(2)と;
セルロースを含有した第2の層(3)と;
前記第1の層(2)と第2の層(3)の間に配置された中間層(5)を備えた、
高電圧領域における電気部品の電気絶縁用の絶縁要素であり、
前記中間層(5)が少なくとも50重量%超、マイクロ寸法および/またはナノ寸法のセルロースを含有し、
マイクロ寸法のセルロースの個々の微細繊維のうちの少なくとも80%、より好適には少なくとも90%、さらに好適には実質的に100%が500nmないし1000μmの長さを有し、
ナノ寸法のセルロースの個々の微細繊維の長さは殆ど5nmないし500nmの大きな領域にわたって分布することを特徴とする絶縁要素(1)。 - マイクロ寸法および/またはナノ寸法のセルロースが第1の層(2)と第2の層(3)を結合するよう機能する請求項1記載の絶縁要素(1)。
- 中間層(5)が乾燥状態において特に少なくとも75重量%超のマイクロ寸法および/またはナノ寸法のセルロースを含有する請求項1または2記載の絶縁要素(1)。
- マイクロ寸法および/またはナノ寸法のセルロースの個々の微細繊維の少なくとも50%、特に少なくとも70%が部分的あるいは完全に相互に分離して存在する請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の絶縁要素(1)。
- 第1の層(2)と第2の層(3)が乾燥状態においていずれも50重量%超、特に75重量%超のセルロースを含有する請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の絶縁要素(1)。
- 第1の層(2)および/または第2の層(3)がパルプを含有する請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の絶縁要素(1)。
- 第1の層(2)および/または第2の層(3)が圧縮板の形状で存在する請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の絶縁要素(1)。
- 第1の層(2)、第2の層(3)、および中間層(5)が乾燥状態において少なくとも0.8g/cm3、特に少なくとも1.2g/cm3である共通の平均密度を有する請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の絶縁要素(1)。
- 第1の層(2)、第2の層(3)、および中間層(5)が5%ないし40%、特に10%ないし20%の共通の平均細孔容積を有する請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載の絶縁要素(1)。
- 第1の層(2)および第2の層(3)とさらに中間層(5)に対して垂直に貫通して計測して少なくとも6mm、特に少なくとも8mmである厚みを絶縁要素(1)が有する請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載の絶縁要素(1)。
- 中間層(5)が最大でも1mm、特に最大でも400μmの平均層厚を有する請求項1ないし10のいずれかに記載の絶縁要素(1)。
- 第1の層(2)および/または第2の層(3)が0.5mmないし8mm、特に3mmないし6mmの層厚を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし11のいずれかに記載の絶縁要素(1)。
- 電気部品が変圧器の構成要素である請求項1ないし12のいずれかに記載の絶縁要素(1)。
- 請求項1ないし13のいずれかに記載の絶縁要素(1)を少なくとも含んでなる変圧器。
- セルロースを含有した第1の層(2)とセルロースを含有した第2の層(3)の間に中間層(5)を配置する、高電圧領域における電気部品の電気絶縁用の絶縁要素(1)の製造方法であり、
前記中間層(5)が少なくとも50重量%超、マイクロ寸法および/またはナノ寸法のセルロースを含有し、
マイクロ寸法のセルロースの個々の微細繊維のうちの少なくとも80%、より好適には少なくとも90%、さらに好適には実質的に100%が500nmないし1000μmの長さを有し、
ナノ寸法のセルロースの個々の微細繊維の長さは殆ど5nmないし500nmの大きな領域にわたって分布することを特徴とする方法。 - 第1の層(2)、中間層(5)、および第2の層(3)が10N/cm2ないし600N/cm2、より好適には10N/cm2ないし300N/cm2、さらに好適には150N/cm2ないし250N/cm2のプレス圧力で相互に圧縮される請求項15記載の方法。
- 第1の層(2)と第2の層(3)の間への中間層(5)の配置に続いてこれらの第1の層(2)と第2の層(3)と中間層(5)の乾燥を行う請求項15または16記載の方法。
