Claims (19)
1. Izolacijski element (1) za električnu izolaciju elektrotehničke komponente u rasponu visokih napona, koji ima
prvi sloj (2), koji sadrži celulozu,
drugi sloj (3), koji sadrži celulozu, i
međusloj (5), koji se nalazi između prvog sloja (2) i drugog sloja (3),
naznačen time što
međusloj (5) sadrži više od 50 % težinski celulozu na mikroskali i/ili na nanoskali, u suhom stanju s najmanje 50% pojedinih mikrofibrila djelomično ili u potpunosti odvojenih jedna od druge,gdje su duljine pojedinih mikrovlakana celuloze na mikroskali raspodijeljene u rasponu između 500 nm i 1000 µm, te gdje su duljine pojedinih mikrovlakana celuloze na nanoskali raspodijeljene u rasponu između 5 nm i 500 nm.
2. Izolacijski element (1) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što se upotrebljava celuloza na mikroskali i/ili na nanoskali, u svrhu držanja prvog sloja (2) i drugog sloja (3) zajedno .
3. Izolacijski element (1) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačen time što međusloj (5) sadrži više 75%, težinski, celuloze na mikroskali i/ili na nanoskali u suhom stanju.
4. Izolacijski element (1) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je osigurano najmanje 70%, pojedinih mikrovlakana celuloze na mikroskali i/ili na nanoskali, međusobno djelomično ili posve odvojenih.
5. Izolacijski element (1) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što svaki od prvog sloja (2) i drugog sloja (3) sadrži više od 50%, težinski, osobito više od 75%, težinski, celuloze u suhom stanju.
6. Izolacijski element (1) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što prvi sloj (2) i/ili drugi sloj (3) sadrže drvenjaču.
7. Izolacijski element (1) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što su prvi sloj (2) i/ili drugi sloj (3) osigurani u obliku stlačenih ploča.
8. Izolacijski element (1) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što prvi sloj (2), drugi sloj (3) i međusloj (5) zajedno imaju prosječnu gustoću od najmanje 0,8 g/cm3, osobito najmanje 1,2 g/cm3 u suhom stanju.
9. Izolacijski element (1) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što prvi sloj (2), drugi sloj (3) i međusloj (5) zajedno imaju prosječni volumen pora od 5% do 40%, osobito 10% do 20%.
10. Izolacijski element (1) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što izolacijski element (1) ima debljinu, izmjerenu okomito kroz prvi sloj (2), drugi sloj (3) i međusloj (5), od najmanje 6 mm, osobito od najmanje 8 mm.
11. Izolacijski element (1) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što međusloj (5) ima srednju debljinu sloja od najviše 1 mm, osobito najviše 400 µm.
12. Izolacijski element (1) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što prvi sloj (2) i/ili drugi sloj (3) ima debljinu sloja od 0,5 mm do 8 mm, osobito 3 mm do 6 mm.
13. Izolacijski element (1) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je elektrotehnička komponenta dio transformatora.
14. Transformator, naznačen time što ima najmanje jedan izolacijski element (1) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva.
15. Postupak proizvodnje izolacijskog elementa (1), koji se upotrebljava za električnu izolaciju elektrotehničke komponente u rasponu visokih napona, gdje se međusloj (5) nalazi između prvog sloja (2), koji sadrži celulozu, i drugog sloja (3), koji sadrži celulozu,
naznačen time što
međusloj (5) sadrži više od 50 % težinski celulozu na mikroskali i/ili na nanoskali, u suhom stanju s najmanje 50% pojedinih mikrofibrila djelomično ili u potpunosti odvojenih jedna od druge
gdje su duljine pojedinih mikrovlakana celuloze na mikroskali raspodijeljene u rasponu između 500 nm i 1000 µm, te gdje su duljine pojedinih mikrovlakana celuloze na nanoskali raspodijeljene u rasponu između 5 nm i 500 nm.
16. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 15, naznačen time što su prvi sloj (2), međusloj (5) i drugi sloj (3) međusobno stlačeni pod tlakom stlačenja od 10 N/cm2 do 600 N/cm2, po mogućnosti 10 N/cm2 do 300 N/cm2, poželjnije 150 N/cm2 do 250 N/cm2.
17. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 15 ili 16, naznačen time što se, nakon slaganja međusloja (5) između prvog sloja (2) i drugog sloja (3), provodi sušenje prvog sloja (2), drugog sloja (3) i međusloja (5).
18. Upotreba izolacijskog elementa (1) u električnoj izolaciji elektrotehničke komponente, naznačena time što izolacijski element (1) ima
prvi sloj (2), koji sadrži celulozu,
drugi sloj (3), koji sadrži celulozu, i
međusloj (5), koji se nalazi između prvog sloja (2) i drugog sloja (3), koji sadrži više od 50 % težinski celulozu na mikroskali i/ili na nanoskali, u suhom stanju s najmanje 50% pojedinih mikrofibrila djelomično ili u potpunosti odvojenih jedna od druge
gdje su duljine pojedinih mikrovlakana celuloze na mikroskali raspodijeljene u rasponu između 500 nm i 1000 µm, te gdje su duljine pojedinih mikrovlakana celuloze na nanoskali raspodijeljene u rasponu između 5 nm i 500 nm.
19. Upotreba izolacijskog elementa (1) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 18, naznačena time što je izolacijski element namijenjen električnoj izolaciji elektrotehničke komponente u rasponu visokih napona.
