Description
技術の発展と産業の拡大は、人々の日常生活を変化させ、家族との時間、余暇の時間が減り、ストレスだけは増加している。活動的な人々は、広々とした土地、ビーチ、大牧場などの適切な場所で楽しいひと時を過ごしたいと願望している。週日の間は、混沌とした環境で楽しくもなく、時間のほとんどを、自動車の中で過ごすということは避けられない。不幸にも、働く人の多くは、日常の環境から抜け出す時間が持てず、余暇または娯楽のひと時さえも持てない。
本発明の目的は、携帯通信装置を提供することであり、その通信装置の主な目的は、ユーザーが電話をかけ、楽器(パーカッション、キーボード、弦楽器、または吹奏楽器)により、パーカッション、キーボード、弦楽器、または吹奏楽器であろうが、楽器サウンドを生成でき、また本装置により演奏されている曲において、サウンドおよび/または音楽効果を生成し、また、本装置により、曲の伴奏、またはメロディ、サウンド、更には曲を生成するユーザーの行動能力が評価されることである。本発明の装置を介して、記載される機能が作業療法のように作用し、満足する時間を提供でき、ユーザーに対して、肉体的および精神的健康をもたらし、危険な思想に対する空間をより少なくすることが期待される。
本発明の目的は、基本的には、アダプタ5、リモートセンサ4、および、取り付けられた物理的楽器(パーカッション、キーボード、弦楽器、または吹奏楽器)を有することができ、携帯電話として機能でき、楽器およびサウンド、音楽性、楽器リソースを提供し、ユーザーの能力を評価することができ、装置に複数の機能を与え、特に、楽しく、満足し、娯楽的な作業療法として機能することができる装置として機能し、ユーザーの肉体的および精神的健康にいくつかの利点を結果としてもたらすことができる携帯通信装置1から構成される。
本発明を、下記の図面に基づいて説明する。
Claims (10)
- セルラー電話ネットワーク通信によりデータを送信する手段を備えるとともにセルラーネットワーク通信システムと互換性のある一つの無線周波数モジュールおよび楽器機能を備える携帯通信装置であって、
前記携帯通信装置の表面に配置され、接触感知領域を提供する複数の接触センサであって、前記接触センサは、前記接触センサに加えられるタッチの周波数及び強度を感知する複数の接触センサと、
前記接触感知領域の下に配置されたLEDであって、前記LEDは、前記接触センサに加えられた少なくともユーザーのタッチに対する光指示を提供するように構成されたLEDであって、前記LEDは、接触しなければならない前記接触感知領域の位置並びに特別な接触の瞬間及び強度についての情報を前記ユーザーに提供するように更に構成されたLEDと、
前記携帯通信装置で曲が演奏されている間に前記接触センサに加えられた前記ユーザーのタッチの応答を得るように構成されたデジタルシグナルプロセッサであって、前記デジタルシグナルプロセッサは、前記接触センサに加えられる前記ユーザーのタッチの強度、時間及び周波数を得るとともに前記ユーザーのタッチを楽器サウンドに変換するように更に構成され、前記楽器サウンドは、前記接触センサに加えられる前記ユーザーのタッチの強度、時間及び周波数に関連するデジタルシグナルプロセッサと、
を備え、
前記デジタルシグナルプロセッサは、前記携帯通信装置で演奏される曲のサウンドを前記楽器サウンドとミキシングし、前記携帯通信装置で演奏されている曲と前記携帯通信装置の前記デジタルシグナルプロセッサによって生成された前記楽器サウンドとの間で楽器伴奏をユーザーによって実行できるようにするために、ミキシングされたサウンドを確立するように更に構成され、
前記携帯通信装置は、自宅、自動車、または携帯用サウンドシステムとして構成されたサウンドシステムに前記ミキシングされたサウンドを送信するように更に構成され、
前記携帯通信装置は、記憶手段に記憶された基準パラメータを参照することによって、前記携帯通信装置で演奏される曲のサウンドを有する前記楽器サウンドの楽器伴奏に関連したユーザーの能力を評価し、前記基準パラメータは、同期性、リズム、強度、選択された楽器および音符であることを特徴とする携帯通信装置。 - 前記携帯通信装置は、少なくとも1個のアダプタによって前記サウンドシステムに接続したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記デジタルシグナルプロセッサは、音声信号、サウンド、通信インジケータおよび曲の処理、制御通信機能および前記サウンドの2つ以上のミキシングを実行することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記デジタルシグナルプロセッサにより実行されるサウンド信号は、フラッシュメモリ装置またはメモリカードに記憶されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記接触センサは、圧電性、容量性、抵抗性、誘導性、電界効果型の変換器、または圧力、延伸、振動、変位、加速度センサの変換器を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1個のグラフィックディスプレイ、マイクロフォン、フォンおよび少なくとも1個のキーボードを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記マイクロフォンは、接触を感知する領域内の接触とは異なる手段により、ユーザーのサウンドを受けるように構成され、前記ユーザーのサウンドは、口笛、指を鳴らした音、手を叩いた音、唇から発せられた音声及びタップダンスのサウンドであり、
前記ユーザーのサウンドを、前記携帯通信装置で曲が演奏されている間に前記マイクロフォンによって受け、
前記デジタルシグナルプロセッサは、前記マイクロフォンによって受けた前記ユーザーのサウンドを解釈するとともに前記ユーザーのサウンドを前記楽器サウンドに変換するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の装置。 - コンピュータとの通信を設定するコンピュータ通信インターフェースを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- コンピュータ通信インターフェースおよびデータ記憶手段を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 接着部を有する調整可能弾性ベルトを更に備え、前記接着部は、前記携帯通信装置のユーザーの体への設置を可能にすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
