Claims (2)
- 基板上に設けられ、メンブレンとして機能する薄膜部と、
前記薄膜部に含まれ、通電することにより発熱して赤外線を発するヒータ部と、
前記ヒータ部上に設けられ、前記ヒータ部により発せられた赤外線を放射するCrN膜のみからなる放射膜と
を備えることを特徴とする光源装置。 - 基板上に設けられ、メンブレンとして機能する薄膜部と、
前記薄膜部に含まれ、通電することにより発熱して赤外線を発するヒータ部と、
前記ヒータ部上に設けられ、前記ヒータ部により発せられた赤外線を放射するセラミッ
ク系材料からなる放射膜と
を備え、
下面に薄膜部が露出した溝部によって前記放射膜を分割していることを特徴とする光源装置。
