Description
Claims (18)
- バルブの流れ制御部材に結合する回転防止固定器具と、
前記回転防止固定器具と係合する回転防止器であって、前記回転防止固定器具が前記バルブ中に配置されるときに、前記回転防止固定器具の長手方向軸に対する前記回転防止固定器具の回転を防止する、回転防止器と、
を備え、
前記回転防止器が、前記回転防止固定器具の第2の係合表面と係合する第1の係合表面を備え、
前記回転防止固定器具が、円筒型本体およびフランジを備え、前記フランジが前記第2の係合表面を画定し、前記本体が前記フランジと隣接する外側表面部分を画定する、回転防止アセンブリ。 - 前記回転防止器の前記第1の係合表面が、前記回転防止固定器具の前記第2の係合表面に対して補完的である、請求項1に記載の回転防止アセンブリ。
- 前記第1の係合表面が、前記回転防止器の内側表面の少なくとも一部分に沿って形成される、請求項1または2に記載の回転防止アセンブリ。
- 前記第1の係合表面および前記第2の係合表面は各々が、1つ以上の実質的に平坦な形状の部分を備える、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の回転防止アセンブリ。
- 前記回転防止器が、前記内側表面を画定する中心開口部を有する円筒型の本体を備え、前記内側表面が、1つ以上の実質的に平坦な形状の部分を有する、請求項3に記載の回転防止アセンブリ。
- 前記回転防止器の前記実質的に平坦な形状の部分のうちの少なくとも1つが、前記長手方向軸に向かって突出する壁を備え、前記壁が、前記実質的に平坦な形状の部分を画定する、請求項4または5に記載の回転防止アセンブリ。
- 前記回転防止器が、前記長手方向軸に対して約180度で半径方向に離間される2つの実質的に平坦な形状の部分を備える、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の回転防止アセンブリ。
- 前記回転防止固定器具の前記1つ以上の実質的に平坦な形状の表面が、弓形の表面の間に配置される、請求項4に記載の回転防止アセンブリ。
- 前記回転防止固定器具の前記第2の係合表面が、前記外側表面部分の直径より大きい直径を有する、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の回転防止アセンブリ。
- 前記回転防止固定器具が、前記流れ制御部材の少なくとも一部分を受容する中心開口部を備える、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の回転防止アセンブリ。
- ケージをさらに備え、前記ケージが、前記回転防止固定器具および前記流れ制御部材の少なくとも一部分を滑動的に受容する開口部を有する、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の回転防止アセンブリ。
- シールをさらに備え、前記回転防止固定器具が、前記バルブ中に前記シールを保持することになっている、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の回転防止アセンブリ。
- ケージをさらに備え、前記ケージが、前記回転防止固定器具および前記流れ制御部材の少なくとも一部分を滑動的に受容する開口部を有し、
シールをさらに備え、前記回転防止固定器具が、前記バルブ中に前記シールを保持することになっており、
前記シールが、前記回転防止固定器具のエッジと、前記流れ制御部材と、前記ケージとの間に配置される、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の回転防止アセンブリ。 - 平衡型バルブプラグの少なくとも一部分を受容する開口部と、第1の係合表面を画定する外側表面と、を有する回転防止固定器具と、
内側表面を画定する中心開口部を有する回転防止器であって、前記内側表面が、
第2の係合表面を有し、前記第1の係合表面が前記第2の係合表面に対して補完的であり、前記回転防止固定器具が前記回転防止器に結合して、前記回転防止器に対する前記回転防止固定器具の回転を防止するときに、前記第1の係合表面が、前記第2の係合表面と係合することになっている回転防止器と、
を備え、
前記回転防止固定器具が、円筒型本体およびフランジを備え、前記フランジが前記第1の係合表面を画定し、前記本体が前記フランジと隣接する外側表面部分を画定する、回転防止アセンブリ。 - 前記第1の係合表面が、1つ以上の実質的に平坦な形状の表面を備え、前記第2の係合表面が、前記回転防止器の前記内側表面の一部分に沿って形成される1つ以上の実質的に平坦な形状の表面を備える、請求項14に記載の回転防止アセンブリ。
- 前記平衡型バルブプラグをさらに備え、前記平衡型バルブプラグが、ピンを介して前記回転防止固定器具に結合され、これにより、前記回転防止固定器具の長手方向軸に対する前記平衡型バルブプラグの直線的な運動が、前記回転防止固定器具を、前記平衡型バルブプラグと共に運動させる、請求項14または15に記載の回転防止アセンブリ。
- 前記回転防止固定器具および前記平衡型バルブプラグの少なくとも一部分を滑動的に受容する中心開口部を有するケージをさらに備える、請求項14〜16のいずれかに記載の回転防止アセンブリ。
- バルブの流れ制御部材を保持する手段であって、バルブ中に配置され、係合のための第1の手段を有する、保持手段と、
前記保持手段の回転を防止する手段であって、前記保持手段が係合のための第2の手段を有し、前記第1の係合手段が、前記第2の係合手段と係合して、前記保持手段の長手方向軸に対する回転を防止する前記手段に対する前記保持手段の回転を防止する手段と、
を備え、
前記保持手段が、円筒型本体およびフランジを備え、前記フランジが前記第1の手段を画定し、前記本体が前記フランジと隣接する外側表面部分を画定する、回転防止アセンブリ。
