Description
例えば、前記実施形態では、熱可塑性樹脂シートW2を用いて積層体Wを構成しているのが、粉体状の熱可塑性樹脂を用いて積層体Wを構成したものであっても良い。繊維集合体は、炭素繊維に限られず、アラミド繊維やガラス繊維等の強化繊維プラスチックに用いられる繊維を用いることができる。

Claims (1)
- シート状又は粉体状をなす熱可塑性樹脂と繊維集合体とを積層して構成される積層体から繊維複合材料を製造する繊維複合材料製造システムであって、
前記積層体に過熱水蒸気を吹き付けて前記熱可塑性樹脂を軟化又は溶融させる過熱蒸気噴射装置を備え、
前記過熱蒸気噴射装置が、内部に流路が形成された導電性材料からなる流路形成体と、前記流路形成体に設けられた1又は複数の流体噴出部と、前記流路形成体をその内部抵抗により通電加熱又は誘導加熱して、前記流路を流れる水蒸気を加熱して過熱水蒸気を生成する加熱機構とを有する繊維複合材料製造システム。
