Description
閉位置と開位置との間で間接接合するように構成された上方ドアと、
閉位置と開位置との間で旋回軸の周りで関節接合するために車両にヒンジ式に装着可能な下方ドアであって、空洞を備える下方ドアと、
前記空洞内に配置されたアクチュエータ機構であって、前記車両に対して前記旋回軸からずれた位置で枢動可能に接続可能なアクチュエータ機構と、
前記閉位置と前記開位置との間で前記下方ドアを関節接合するために前記アクチュエータ機構を駆動するための駆動手段と
を備え、
アクチュエータ機構が、アクチュエータ及びベルクランクを備え、アクチュエータが直線運動を提供するものであり、且つその第1の端部でベルクランクを介して車両に搭載されたヒンジの一部へ接続されており、ベルクランクが、空洞内で下方ドアに枢動可能に装着されており、アクチュエータが、その第2の端部で下方ドアへ枢動可能に接続されている車両用の動力付き分割ドアシステムが提供される。
下方ドアを開閉するためのコマンドを受信することと、
駆動手段を駆動することと、
受信したコマンドに応じて必要な方向に前記下方ドアを関節接合するように、車両の一部を押す又は引っ張るために前記アクチュエータ機構を作動させることを含む。
モータ40、42は、車両10内のどこにでも配置することができるが、例示的な目的のための配置例としては、上方テールゲートドア14の外周の周りにある排水路46内及び下方テールゲートドア16の筐体の中にそれぞれ配置され、そこは防水であってもなくてもよい。

Claims (17)
- 閉位置と開位置との間で関節接合するように構成された上方ドアと、
閉位置と開位置との間で旋回軸の周りで関節接合するために車両にヒンジ式に装着可能な下方ドアであって、空洞を備える下方ドアと、
前記空洞内に配置されたアクチュエータ機構であって、前記車両に対して前記旋回軸からずれた位置で枢動可能に接続可能なアクチュエータ機構と、
前記閉位置と前記開位置との間で前記下方ドアを関節接合するために前記アクチュエータ機構を駆動するための駆動手段と
を備え、
前記アクチュエータ機構が、アクチュエータ及びベルクランクを備え、前記アクチュエータが直線運動を提供するものであり、且つその第1の端部で前記ベルクランクを介して前記車両に搭載されたヒンジの一部へ接続可能であり、前記ベルクランクが、前記空洞内で前記下方ドアに枢動可能に装着されており、前記アクチュエータが、その第2の端部で前記下方ドアへ枢動可能に接続されている車両用の動力付き分割ドアシステム。 - 前記下方ドアがその周りで関節接合する前記旋回軸が、前記空洞内に配置されている請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記駆動手段が、前記空洞内に配置される請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- 前記ヒンジが、前記下方ドアに固定された第1の部分と前記車両に固定可能な第2の部分とを有し、前記ヒンジの旋回軸が、前記下方ドアがその周りで関節接合する前記旋回軸を定義する請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記アクチュエータ機構が前記車両の支持構造に枢動可能に装着され、前記車両の支持構造が、前記ヒンジの前記第2の部分を含む請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記ベルクランクが、前記空洞内に配置されたリンクアームによって前記ヒンジへ接続される請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記アクチュエータが第1の向きで装着され、前記ベルクランクが、前記直線運動の向きを変える請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記駆動手段が、少なくとも1の電気モータを備える請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記モータが、前記下方ドアの防水された内部に配置される請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記アクチュエータ機構に開位置と閉位置との間で前記下方ドアを関節接合させるように前記駆動手段を制御するためのコントローラを備える請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記上方ドアを動かすための更なる機構を備える請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記上方ドアを動かすための更なる機構を備え、前記コントローラが、前記駆動手段及び前記更なる機構を独立して制御するように構成され、前記下方ドアが開閉することを可能にするために前記上方ドアが少なくとも一部開かれなければならないように、前記上方及び下方ドアが配置される請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- システムが、後部保管領域を有する車両用の動力付き分割テールゲートシステムである請求項11又は12に記載のシステム。
- 前記下方ドアが下方テールゲートドアであり、前記上方ドアが上方テールゲートドアである請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記下方ドアが、前記下方ドアに加わる負荷に耐えるための格納式のサスペンション手段を備え、前記格納式のサスペンション手段が、前記旋回軸周りの前記上方ドアの重量又は回転モーメントを相殺する引戻装置を備える請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記引戻装置が、前記下方ドアの内部の空洞内に配置される請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 請求項1〜16の何れか1項に記載のドアシステムを有する車両。
