Claims (12)
- 航空宇宙分野の機体内装用消火性接着皮膜であって、
剥離ライナーと、
前記剥離ライナーの一側面上に接着剤を含む一次機能層と、
前記一次機能層上に位置する消火性芯材であって、前記消火性芯材は6〜20重量%のポリウレタン樹脂および39〜55重量%の難燃性顔料を含み、前記難燃性顔料は12〜20重量%のエチレンビステトラブロモフタルイミド、20〜25重量%のアルミナ三水和物および7〜10重量%の五酸化アンチモンを含み、前記樹脂および前記難燃性顔料が合着マトリックスを形成する、消火性芯材と、
前記消火性芯材の上に層化される接着剤を含む二次機能層と
を含む、航空宇宙分野の機体内装用消火性接着皮膜。 - 前記消火性芯材の樹脂が、溶媒和化されるかまたは押出成形され得る、そして前記合着マトリックス内に少なくとも50重量%の難燃性顔料をその乾燥形態で保持することもできる請求項1記載の消火性接着皮膜。
- 前記消火性芯材の樹脂が、溶媒和化されるかまたは押出成形され得る、そして前記合着マトリックス内に少なくとも70重量%の難燃性顔料をその乾燥形態で保持することもできる請求項1記載の消火性接着皮膜。
- 前記消火性芯材が、接着剤の一次および二次機能層間に位置する皮膜層である請求項1記載の消火性接着皮膜。
- 下塗り剤の1つ以上の層が、消火性芯材層と接着剤の一次または二次機能層との間に位置する請求項4記載の消火性接着皮膜。
- 乾燥状態の前記消火性芯材が、1〜2重量%のブロック化イソシアネートをさらに含む請求項1記載の消火性接着皮膜。
- 前記消火性芯材の原材料として、溶媒、ポリウレタンおよび溶媒を含むポリウレタン溶液、難燃性顔料ならびに有効量の界面活性剤を含む製造溶液を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の消火性接着皮膜。
- 前記製造溶液にブロック化イソシアネートも含む請求項7記載の消火性接着皮膜。
- 前記溶媒が、4〜20重量%の2−ブトキシエタノール、2〜10重量%のメチルエチルケトンおよび3〜10重量%のトルエンからなり;
前記ポリウレタン溶液が、3〜6重量%のメチルエチルケトン、20〜30重量%のトルエンおよび6〜20重量%のポリウレタンからなり;
前記難燃性顔料が、12〜20重量%のエチレンビステトラブロモフタルイミド、20〜25重量%のアルミナ三水和物および7〜10重量%の五酸化アンチモンからなり;そして
前記ブロック化イソシアネートは、1〜2重量%含まれる、
請求項8記載の消火性接着皮膜。 - 前記製造溶液の前記成分が、以下の量:8.1重量%の2−ブトキシエタノール、3.67重量%のメチルエチルケトン、6.62重量%のトルエン、35.54重量%のポリウレタン溶液、14.45重量%のエチレンビステトラブロモフタルイミド、21.69重量%のアルミナ三水和物、8.7重量%の五酸化アンチモンおよび1.21重量%のブロック化イソシアネートならびに有効量の界面活性剤:で配合される請求項9記載の消火性接着皮膜。
- 前記一次機能層および二次機能層の前記接着剤が感圧性アクリル系接着剤である請求項1記載の消火性接着皮膜。
- 感圧性接着剤の二次機能層の上に二次剥離ライナーをさらに含む請求項11記載の消火性接着皮膜。
