Claims (4)
- 軸受孔を含むスリーブと、
前記軸受孔内に挿入され、かつ前記スリーブに対して回転可能であるシャフトと、
前記軸受孔の一方の端部を覆い、かつ前記スリーブに固定されるスラスト部と、
前記スリーブと前記シャフトとの間に充填された液体とを備え、
前記軸受孔は、一の直径を有する第1の部分と、前記第1の部分よりも前記スラスト部側に存在し、一の直径と同等の直径を有する第2の部分と、前記第1の部分と前記第2の部分との間に設けられた大径部とを含み、前記大径部は、前記一の直径よりも大きな直径を有する流体軸受の組み立て方法であって、
前記スラスト部によって前記一方の端部が覆われた前記軸受孔内に前記液体を注入する工程と、
前記液体が注入された前記軸受孔内に前記シャフトを挿入する工程とを備え、
前記液体を注入する工程において、前記軸受孔の内壁面と接触する部分の前記液体の液面を前記大径部内に位置させる、流体軸受の組み立て方法。 - 前記大径部は、前記スラスト部から離れる方向へ直径が小さくなるテーパー形状を有する空間を構成する内壁面によって構成される、請求項1に記載の流体軸受の組み立て方法。
- 前記第2の部分を構成する内壁面と、前記大径部を構成する内壁面であって前記第2の部分を構成する内壁面に隣接する内壁面とがなす角度は、80度以上100度以下である、請求項1または2に記載の流体軸受の組み立て方法。
- 前記軸受孔内に前記シャフトを挿入する前の前記液体の液面曲率半径の最大値は、前記シャフトにおける前記スラスト部側の端面の曲率半径よりも大きい、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の流体軸受の組み立て方法。
