Description
Claims (3)
- 電力会社が電力供給を行い、一般的な電力と電気自動車に充電するための電力とを同一の料金計算で供給を行う電気供給手段(10)と、
充電口を備えて外部からの電気により充電可能な電気自動車(30)と、
該電気供給手段(10)に接続する供給側プラグ(50)と、
コンピュータであるコントロール手段(20)と、
該電気自動車(30)の該充電口に接続する自動車側プラグ(70)と、
電気料金の課金処理を行う課金サーバー(40)と、
該コントロール手段(20)と少なくとも該課金サーバー(40)との通信を行う通信網とを備える構成において、
該電気供給手段(10)と前記電気自動車(30)にはそれぞれに固有IDが付与すると共に、該課金サーバー(40)には全ての固有IDを格納して充電の認証処理を可能にしており、
該供給側プラグ(50)が該電気供給手段(10)に接続すると該コントロール手段(20)は供給側の該固有IDを認識処理し、
該自動車側プラグ(70)が該電気供給手段(10)に接続すると該コントロール手段(20)は自動車側の該固有IDを認識処理し、
供給側及び自動車側の両方の該固有IDを認識後に、該コントロール手段(20)は該課金サーバー(40)に対して両方の該固有IDを送信し、
該課金サーバー(40)において両方の該固有IDに係る充電の認証を行って該コントロール手段(20)に通知し、
該コントロール手段(20)は該通知を受けとると該供給側プラグ(50)から該自動車側プラグ(70)への電気供給を開始する制御を行い、
充電中は該コントロール手段(20)から該課金サーバー(40)に充電電気使用量を伝送する
ことにより、該課金サーバー(40)において、ある電気供給手段(10)を通じてある電気自動車(30)に充電された電気使用料金を算定できるようにした
ことを特徴とする、電気自動車の充電及び課金システム。 - 請求項1に記載の電気自動車の充電及び課金システムにおいて、
前記課金サーバー(40)から前記電力会社のコンピュータに対して充電電気使用量に応じた電気使用料金を通知して、該電力会社のコンピュータは、充電に使用された電気供給手段(10)に係る電気使用料金から当該充電電気使用量に応じた電気使用料金を差し引くと共に、
該課金サーバー(40)は電力会社のコンピュータに対して、当該充電電気使用量に応じた電気使用料金の支払いデータを送信し、
前記課金サーバー(40)は電気自動車の顧客に対して、当該充電電気使用量に応じた電気使用料金のデータを送信する
ことを特徴とする、電気自動車の充電及び課金システム。 - 前記充電電気使用量に応じた電気使用料金の算定は、前記電気供給手段(10)のその他の電気供給に係る電気使用料金とは異なる料金体系である時間帯別、現在使用量別基本料金を適用することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の電気自動車の充電及び課金システム。
