Description
本実施形態に係るクランプ装置1は、可撓性チューブをクランプし、その部位における流体の流れを遮断するもので、図1〜4に示すように、第1凸部2aが形成された一端部2と、第2凸部3aが形成された他端部3と、これら一端部2及び他端部3に連なる中間部4とから主に成り、これら部位は所定の樹脂(射出成形等が可能な熱可塑性樹脂が好ましく、例えばポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン又はポリアセタール等が挙げられるが、これに限定されるものではない。)を一体成形して構成されている。なお、図1、2は、クランプ装置1が非クランプ状態のとき、図3はクランプ状態のときを示している。
本参考例に係るクランプ装置1’は、実施形態と同様、可撓性チューブをクランプし、その部位における流体の流れを遮断するもので、図6〜8に示すように、第1凸部2aが形成された一端部2と、第2凸部3aが形成された他端部3と、これら一端部2及び他端部3に連なる中間部4とから主に成り、これら部位は所定の樹脂(射出成形等が可能な熱可塑性樹脂が好ましく、例えばポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン又はポリアセタール等が挙げられるが、これに限定されるものではない。)を一体成形して構成されている。なお、図6は、クランプ装置1’が非クランプ状態のとき、図7はクランプ状態のときを示している。実施形態と同様の部位には、同一の符号を付し、それらの詳細な説明を省略することとする。
本参考例に係るクランプ装置1”は、実施形態及び第1の参考例と同様、可撓性チューブをクランプし、その部位における流体の流れを遮断するもので、図9〜11に示すように、第1凸部2aが形成された一端部2と、第2凸部3aが形成された他端部3と、これら一端部2及び他端部3に連なる中間部4とから主に成り、これら部位は所定の樹脂(例えば、ポリプロピレン、オレフィン系樹脂又はポリエチレン等)を一体成形して構成されている。なお、図9は、クランプ装置1”が非クランプ状態のとき、図10はクランプ状態のときを示している。実施形態と同様の部位には、同一の符号を付し、それらの詳細な説明を省略することとする。

Claims (3)
- 内側に第1凸部が形成されるとともに、先端に被係止部が形成された一端部と、
前記第1凸部に対向する部位に第2凸部が形成されるとともに、前記被係止部を係止可能な係止部が形成された他端部と、
前記一端部及び他端部に連なる中間部と、
前記第1凸部と第2凸部との間に可撓性チューブを挿通させ得る挿通孔と、
を具備し、前記一端部を押圧して前記他端部に近接させることにより前記被係止部を係止部に係止させたクランプ状態とし、前記他端部を撓ませることにより前記係止部による被係止部の係止を解除して非クランプ状態とし得るとともに、前記クランプ状態で前記第1凸部と第2凸部とが近接して前記可撓性チューブをクランプし、その部位における流体の流れを遮断するクランプ装置において、
前記一端部又は他端部に干渉部が形成されるとともに、前記被係止部が係止部に係止された状態で前記一端部を更に押圧させたとき、前記干渉部が干渉して当該被係止部の移動を規制し得る構成とされ、且つ、前記干渉部は、前記他端部における前記係止部の近傍に形成された凸部から成り、前記被係止部が係止部に係止された状態で前記一端部を更に押圧させたとき、当該凸部が前記一端部の先端部であって前記被係止部の裏面側の部位に干渉し得ることを特徴とするクランプ装置。 - 前記被係止部を係合部に係止させて可撓性チューブをクランプした状態で、当該可撓性チューブの長手方向に対する前記第1凸部及び第2凸部の相対的位置決めが可能な位置決め部を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のクランプ装置。
- 請求項1又は請求項2記載のクランプ装置が取り付けられたことを特徴とする医療用回路。
